I would like to think the let down in the last game was from them playing a depleted team on a major losing streak and taking them lightly. They still won so they sort of get a pass. I guess we will see if they ramp it up for the Sack o tomato kings.

SAC is the team I have my eye on in the standings. I think if we can keep up our mostly-winning ways from recent games, we can catch and pass them. If we can get up into that 5 spot, we'll be in pretty good shape. We're only 2 games back, and a win tonight would cut that by 1.

Ya 5 spot would be nice…though I don’t really want to see LAC again in the playoffs…Can Minny drop to 4? Let Denver and LAC duke it out in round 2

We can't worry about positioning and opponents. If we're good enough to win it all, it shouldn't matter who we play. Home court would be nice for a minimum of first round though.

I mean true to an extent…but I also think matchups do matter. It’s not simply the better team wins..or more specifically…we can be better than Minnesota and Minnesota can be better than the Clippers, but that doesn’t mean we are better than the Clippers. They might beat us.

Then so be it. We weren't the best that year.

But that’s the point..you don’t have to be able to beat all 29 teams to win the title…just the 4 that get placed in front of you.

You know who got real lucky in 2022? Golden State because Dallas took care of us first. Kerr even said they were worried about us that they didn’t play well against us…but they didn’t have to play us and won the title.

Good point. But not easy to manipulate the standings. I still say just play your best basketball and let the chips lay where they fall. Maybe we get lucky, maybe we don't. I don't think Golden State manipulated their opponents in 2022.

Oh for sure, I’m not suggesting that…I’m just hoping to not play them…I’m also just tired of them. I’d rather play a new team.

Not feeling great about this one given how poorly the Suns defend the 3.

Maybe get back and find someone to guard instead of looking at the officials after every possession?

Mike Brown getting his $50K worth of whistle. Suns can't buy a foul in the paint.

Suns giving up layups and 3. Both interior D and perimeter D are non-existent.

On offense, way too many mid-range shots and passes to the other team (KD).
