Looking for a bounce back game from Nurkic and he usually performs well against Vucevic.

I too worry about the Suns focus and effort on the second night against a mediocre Bulls team. I also won't be surprised if KD gets a night off.

Chicago has gone 6-2 over their last eight to get into play-in range in the East. Granted, the wins are Charlotte (twice), Houston (struggling a bit right now and below .500), San Antonio, rebuilding Toronto, and an injury-decimated Memphis team. Still, the Bulls are playing better basketball lately and really should not be taken for granted.

The Suns beat the Bulls in Chicago 116-115 in overtime back in early November. It was Beal's first game of the season, and he went 3-12 and scored 13 points, showing obvious rust from the long layoff. Durant had 25, Allen 26, and Nurk 20/17/8; Booker was out injured.

The Bulls are also playing without LaVine this time which appears to be an advantage for them.

And of course Caruso is always tough. Please don't leave him open.

Ugh. I'd hate for both to be out.

If both are out I'd maybe kick the tyres on Yuta and give him the start to see if the big 3 can get him rolling. I suspect we'll go with Metu or KBD though.

Yuta gonna play this game and you know what? He’s going play not terrible but not necessarily good but will hit a few timely 3s. Especially in the 3rd quarter. Book it.

Nah. Okogie is our best defender.

I like this idea. Can we give Little some run, too? Maybe another look at Goodwin?

Goodwin started off like gangbusters and has steadily dwindled from there. His defense and steals started at a very high rate. What happened to that guy?

He fouls too much.

But he's very good on the glass, which is a major issue with pretty much every non-Nurkic lineup.

My spidey-sense is telling me the Suns are holding Nas back for trade purposes. That could be injury or performance related, or both.

Yuta may be a good guy to get a look at with the Big 3 starting to roll now. That's the role he was brought in for as a spot shooter, before he was getting run off the line and trying to do too much.
