Yes, Gobert can actually move.
Edey is not as bad and you make him out to be on the perimeter. But, I admit that I could be wrong about him in the NBA. I am not predicting stardom, just should be a pretty decent backup center, imo.

He might be completely fine as a backup Center, I just don't think it's going to happen quickly because there's a lot to his game that will need to change. For instance, not being allowed to camp in the paint on defense. He'll have to move his feet a lot more on that end and not just when it comes to defending the perimeter.

I don't think anything will happen quickly with him.

Don't draft for need, it never works. Draft the best guy available, then trade him or, if he's good enough to take the rotation spot, trade the other guy.

Definitely don't reach for a need.

I don't think we have to worry about drafting for need. We have so many redundant skill sets that almost anyone we get will bring something new to the table.

This is my draft order for now. I might switch Kolek and Edey. All of these guys have been in college a bit and won't need as much development. They all seem to actually love the game and would bring some passion and personality to the team. Holmes is the only one on this list who has NBA athleticism; the rest might just be too slow or lack detailed body control.

Zach Edey
Tyler Kolek - Creative passer, plays with attitude, could lead the 2nd unit
DeRon Holmes - Athletic 4, puts pressure on the rim and can switch well on defense, he's really having fun out there
Baylor Scheierman - Can shoot and pass, very competitive, LOVES the game
Dillon Jones - Can create off the dribble, has good size, and does a little of everything well

Who am I missing?

How many miles does he have on him?
Jones and Vogel out, Lue or Lee in, draft Tyler Kolek.

Haha, I see what you did there.

Should I have said Millennium High School in Goodyear, AZ?

I've heard his jumper is pretty flat.

He’d definitely fill a need:

His defensive potential is nice but dude cannot shoot and is a terrible free throw shooter. Seems like a taller Josh Okogie. Wouldn’t mind taking him in the second round if we trade back.

If we’re looking bigger wings that can defend, best case scenario where we are drafting is probably Kevin McCullar. Good defender, not the best shooter but is a pretty good play maker as well. He’d be great. Knock against him is already 23 which probably gets James Jones wet tho. Me thinks he’ll probably shoot up the draft boards tho.
