Game Day: Rockets (25-34) @ Suns (35-24), Sat 3/2/24

Post by Superbone »

Time: 7:00 pm AZ (6:00 pm PT/9:00 pm ET)
Place: Footprint Center, Phoenix, AZ
TV: AZ Family 3TV, NBALP

The Suns and Rockets go at it again Saturday night. However, it's not any ol' Saturday night game. It's Amare Stoudemire's Ring of Honor ceremony game. And it has been moved back to the proper halftime time slot. The Suns need to take care of the pesky Rockets and not let their guard down on Amare's big night. It is also looking like the return of Bradley Beal to the Suns lineup.

Unfortunately, I only get the Rockets broadcast on DirecTV for this one but I may stream this one instead on the NBA app and see if hopefully they have the Phoenix Broadcast.

With Beal back, I think we finally have a proper blowout and beat these guys by 15+. They've been pesky in these past few games, but with our full team essentially healthy, we're much more talented especially on offense.

Amare has kept in shape and is chiseled and looking like a beast. Sign him up! We could use him at the PF spot. I wouldn't be surprised if he could give us more than "Mighty" Thad Young.

Amare would dominate for about 5 minutes and then blow an ACL.

What a nightmare so far…bad defense, poor ball control, and missing wide open shots.
