Ok, I'm happy they won of course...the extra drama aside...I'm glad they won. We didn't NEED to have had this drama...we really didn't...as they shouldn't have LOST the game I paid $250 for...%$#@...but...%$#&...I'm glad they won.
I do think I'll be attending at least one playoff game dressed as a paper boy and carrying a sign with a switch-comb growling at Booker, "You owe me $250! $250 CASH!"
Beal and Ant talking some mad shit to each other this game.
Minnesota broadcast:
"There’s a lot of smack talk coming out of Bradley Beal's mouth. He’s talking to the wrong guy!"
These announcers were pathetic! Then they were asking for suspensions because the Suns bench came down during the altercation. Is that even a valid rule during a time out?
I don’t know if I’ve ever hated the announcers from the opposing team as much as these guys today.
They're huge homers and constantly play the victim. Making it out of the 1st round once in 33 years might have something to do with it.
They are the WORST, man!

Beal being the main aggressor letting KD and Book float is crazy to watch, where was this all year?
We were saving it for the playoffs haha
Maybe I was wrong about that switch.
We had 80 games of bitching and moaning about this team being a let down from pre-season expectations only to end up with the most ideal first round matchup possible.
I still don't believe they're a title contender, but at least it appears they're not going to roll over now that Brad Beal is finally playing like the guy we expected him to be.

I'm pretty sure Simmons was making a joke about this.
Bill Simmons doesn't know what a joke is.

The only reason Minny started coming back was because Nurk got in foul trouble. We had a comfortable lead so we could ride it out for a bit. Once Nurk came back in it was lights out again.
Our weak point is when teams play fast against us. Minny doesn’t have the smart players to do that like OKC. Every time they tried to run on us they threw it out of bounds.
It’s not going to be easy, but I like our potential matchups.

This summer, Nurk is duplicated in a transporter accident. Next season, we are unstoppable.

I'm getting that impression.
I don't know what happened after Grantland fell apart but he's mostly just a Celtics fan who's lost the plot.

He loves to make shit up that he knows will "get aggregated" while also mocking people who aggregate his dumbest takes or pointless rankings/pyramids.
I only listen because he still books some of the best guests.

He is one of the best podcasters, he just doesn’t seem as in touch anymore with the league

I thought for sure they were going to be in the playin tourney. Now they have some extra time off to work on some things and rest up. The playoffs are here. The win or go home.
