I like most of those logos. Favorite? Probably #2. The only ones I dislike are #6 and #7.

6, 7, 8 & 9 are all secondary logos, 3 & 10 are wordmarks.
My favorite is number 4 (of course).

It would be awesome if he can shoot at all…I wonder if cutting his minutes down to the low 20’s would help keep him fresher.
Re: 2024 Suns General Offseason News
I'm always skeptical of the empty gym summertime workout videos but I'm happy he's putting the work in. If he can at least keep defenses honest from out there it'd be a huge help on the offensive end.

A 36% 3pt shooting Nurkic is elite, gimme all of that.

Re: 2024 Suns General Offseason News
I have a couple of reasons for this line of thinking, but neither have to do with the actual stretching itself. If this gives us flexibility to sign another player that is good news.
My first reason for disappointment is that we were talking about him as a potential salary for future trades. I guess his value is so low that nobody in their right minds will take that salary with the player so that is not good.
Second issue is that — this might just be me not paying close enough attention — but there wasn't a lot of talk that he was a locker room malcontent so I just assumed that a young player on a decent non minimum contract that we acquired by sending out you-know-who could be a focal point of our player development, which is one thing I was hoping we could really enjoy with Ishbia in charge as you can certainly throw money at it and make it better, but either he is really bad at the game of basketball or we failed to maximize whatever talent he has, and neither is promising.
One last minor thing is that I was really hoping that we took a crack at Yabusele as he fits a few key needs for us. I had thought that we couldn’t give him a big enough contract as his buy out was reportedly 2.6 mil so I curtailed my disappointment. Then he signed that 2.1 mil contract with Philly so I thought maybe we had maxed out our players and it wasn’t practical to sign him, but then we release two guys two days later, so that made me feel worse.

Ya I get that…I have to think we tried to trade him and couldn’t. We have Okogie now who’s contract covers trades in Little’s salary range…and Okogie is expiring and has use as a player so isn’t a negative asset.pickle wrote: ↑Fri Aug 23, 2024 9:11 amI have a couple of reasons for this line of thinking, but neither have to do with the actual stretching itself. I had a lot of hope for Little at first…he’s still young and he’s flashed some skill, but it seems we didn’t have a role for him and we didn’t believe in his development. The rookies, Dunn and Bridges specifically, had moved ahead on our development priority list.

Bright Side says they think Grayson Allen (not Brad Beal or others) is the 3rd best player on the Suns. Agree / disagree?
Re: 2024 Suns General Offseason News
Disagree, but Grayson has a better defined role and he plays it to near perfection.

Re: 2024 Suns General Offseason News
Beal is definitely better, but I do love Grayson.
I was thinking the other day, this roster would be just about perfect if you could move one of our SG for a big defensive wing and upgrade the C position. Someone who could either shoot 3s or finish at the rim.
Like imagine if you could have OG Anunoby and say Jarrett Allen instead of Beal and Nurkic…you can’t tell me that Tyus/Booker/KD/OG/Allen wouldn’t be the best team in the west. The Dallas guys last year would be a lesser but similar pair(Gafford and PJ Washington).

He's now 4th; behind Booker, KD, Tyus
He's reliable, quantifiable, and adaptable.
I may be wacky, but I would personally have more confidence in Allen's RELIABILITY over Beal's ABILITY.
Plus I really think Greyson's scoring is scalable
