And gonna save the same amount next year as well
Can't imagine a scenario where 60+ million to keep Nassir Little through his contract is prudent.

Why not? Sounds to me like they're going all in on improving the team.

Saving $20 million per year, if they would be signing a minimum contract in place of Little is not insignificant. On top of that, I guess they don't need to sign a 15th player, so that could be even more savings. It's not my money, but DAMNNN, that's a lot of money for a guy that won't play.

Your puns are a Little weak!

I'm sad that Nassir didn't get more of a look. Folks in this thread have alluded to his BBIQ but I didn't have evidence about that one way or the other. Seemed like he had exactly the skills we needed off the bench. So either the franchise blew it, or else he's got something else wrong with him, such as attitude, work ethic, or the aforementioned BBIQ. Hope he finds another team. (Also, holy cow, that's a lot of $$$ to just throw away to make a guy leave.)
I know he was new to us, but he has been in the NBA for 5 years. He got real minutes in Portland. Maybe he goes to Europe and comes back like PJ Tucker. But it's more likely that he just doesn't have what it takes to make it in the NBA.

We are limited in how much we can play our 2-way guys if we don’t fill the 15th spot…they can normally be active for 50 each(150 total) but it drops to 90 total if you only roster 14 guys. My guess is we’ll wait to sign or trade for the 15th guy until we have to. See if one of the 2-way guys earns it.

Yup. He showed little flashes but no consistency. After 5 years, you pretty much know what you've got. Especially for a non-big man.

He’d just get hurt everytime he’d start to show something and then it seemed he’d be back to square one when he got healthy. Someone will give him a chance on a vet min deal I’d think.

8 is my favorite. It's clean and simple. You don't need a name, abrievation or letter to know who it is.

Yep, it's at the top for me along with 2 with 4 being my favorite probably due to nostalgic reasons.

That's fair... I just thought it was repetitive of some of the others there and just plain.

I probably would have done a tattoo of 2... Thought it would have looked cool.

I have a Suns license plate, my t-shirts usually just have logo 8 on them, and I have 3 purple baseball hats with just the logo 8 on them. One that I still haven't worn yet, just so I have a pristine one available.
