Not to be a downer here but wasn’t Plumlee fuckin ass last year?he wasn’t even the clippers rotation at the end of the year.

Is he better than Ewwbanks? Maybe but that’s extremely low bar.

It may be a low bar, but at least they cleared it. I'd rather have Plumlee than Bamba, for example.

He shifted between 2nd and 3rd Center depending on the matchups. Theis took his minutes when they wanted to go smaller with more spacing, and Plumlee was the guy if they wanted a rebounder and short roll play maker.

Why does it feel like the Suns have the worst C rotation in the NBA?
Because you hadn't heard about Mason Plumlee yet.

Plumlee is decent…not bad
I've always like him. Great addition.

He can pass a bit and dribble…bigger than Eubanks…not as anemic at finishing as Nurk
Plus his free throw attempts are always an adventure.
Shoots them with his off hand, right? (I mean left. :P)

I've wanted Plumlee on this team for about the last 5 years, so I'm glad they finally got him.

We used to say the same thing about Eric Gordon. But I suspect that Plumlee would be better.

I’m good with Plumlee, he’s got skills that fit what we’ve been trying to do with our big men much more than Eubanks did…My expectations aren’t high though…just 15 minutes of solid play. We are still depending on a lot from Nurk and we don’t really have a 5 that can shoot or be a lob threat…

I think between Nurk and Plumlee, Oso gets to learn how to pick up on their skillsets in practice and in game. With any luck he’ll build up strength and become a better rebounder. He already has better potential to be a finisher in the paint.

Oso is going to have to make a choice. Either he adds a 3 pt shot or he adds muscle, but hopefully he adds both. I think he either becomes a 4 or decides to become an NBA 5.

This is probably the best video I’ve seen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F_pXEDw1BIU He talks about using his speed and quickness to beat guys bigger than him and that he is in fact hoping to add a 3pt shot to his game. I know it’s so early but it’s hard not to get excited about this player. Our team has too many shooters to not want him to see minutes at the 5. It’s going to a great season.

I'm excited about both Oso and Dunn. So nice to have that feeling again about rookies on the team again.

Some nice Plumlee highlights. I don't think Eubanks could make some of these plays, so it'll be nice to have this from our backup C.

Some of those passes were really nice, but lets not act like he's Jokic or something.

I think the biggest upgrade is his processing speed. Eubanks could do a lot of this stuff but he was often too slow to read the play and make it happen.

I really hope the main guys buy in this time, actually cut and shoot 3s, otherwise none of these moves are gonna matter. It'll be another year of putting the mid in midrange.

They need to buy in and stay healthy. I'm not too confident about the latter..
