Goodwin gets out of control easily. The kid needs to slow down. I hope he can figure it out.

It's preseason-preseason-preseason-preseason-preseason.

Randolph just doesn't provide the interior D we need. I think Len would do a better job for us. God, it feels good to write that.
For a team with a dearth of big men, I think Earl Barron has been stepping up nicely.
I wouldn't mind not seeing him play another minute for the Suns.

Our big man rotation is a serious concern right now.
So, you'd prefer to get smaller? Are you Steve Martin or something?

The "steal of the draft" will be TJ Warren. That isn't a homer statement, I really believe he will average over 20 ppg over the course of his career. At pick 14, that is a damn steal.

Continue to be impressed with TJ, who comes off the bench ready to play. Physically, he's not exceptional, but the guy makes plays.

Other than that, the game was a bit above a soccer friendly as far as quality.

I was hoping Earl Baron might show something; he needs to be shown the door. He's 6-11 and has just barely enough talent to be a fringe player. He's the guy you add in desperation to your roster when a couple of your big man are injured.

This. Miles Plumlee has been disappointing in preseason.

I know its pre-season but I'd like to see Hornecek settle into more of a rotation the last game or two.

Right now there all over the place.
“Kobe had said (after the play) I wasn’t hugged enough as a child,” Bell recalled. “My mom kind of found him after the instance and we had beat them and offered him a hug in the bowels of the Phoenix arena. She really feels a part of that story.”

I don't have any problems with the rotation. We're just three games into the preseason. I'm perfectly fine with Hornacek experimenting. If anything, I'd like to see more time given to Warren, Zoran, and Ennis.

I think Earl Barron could be a decent 4 next to a legitimate, offensive center. Unfortunately, the Suns don't have one.

I would explore trades for Horford and Favors (if Gobert proves ready for prime time).

Another guy I'd buy low on: Bismack Biyombo. I don't have high hopes for him, but he's young, can rebound and play D.

Earl Barron? Didn't we try him out a few years back, shorthanded on size, as well?

Famous quote from John Wooden "Be quick, but don't hurry."

While I am doing quotes, I loved this one I heard Bruce Arians say today,
"There is nothing you can learn from losing that you can't learn from almost losing"

Wooden was one of the great coaches of all time. He's the Yoda of college basketball.

(Arians is proving to be a better-than decent coach in his own right. Small sample, but he makes the most with talent given, no excuses.)

If Utah moves anyone, it will be Kanter, not Favors.

I do think Atlanta and Horford will eventually part ways.
