So long as they help pay the bills, that's all that matters.
It looks like the ad made a little under a dollar yesterday. At roughly that rate the ad will sufficiently pay for the various modest site expenses, which is good news.
Aren't the ads based on your own cookies? The one I am getting is for the NBA on ESPN.
