Thanks for making this thread, Bone. You're the hero phx-suns.net deserves, AND the hero we need right now.

I actually don't think OKC is such a juggernaut. They look pretty discombobulated so far this year. I think they're still adjusting to having KD back, and to their new coach Donovan. I do think long-term they'll be better without Scotty Brooks pretending he's an NBA head coach, but there will be a month or two here while they figure it out.

I still just don't believe in the core of OKC's team construction. I *love* Durant, but he and Westbrook just hog the ball way too much. And I think at this point in their careers, they've gotten away with it for so long that you can't break it out of them. I think this is what this team is. And I think we've already seen its ceiling. I don't think OKC makes the WCF or Finals ever again. I see them losing to a Golden State, a San Antonio, even a Clippers along the way in the 1st or 2nd round.

Thanks, Mori.

OK, all that may be true about OKC but they won their first three and then lost their last three. I think they're at an early season tipping point and that the Suns are just what the doctor ordered for them. I have a feeling this one will be ugly and if not over by half time, then by mid-way through the third quarter. I hope I'm wrong. Just a feeling I have. My Bat senses are tingling. :P

I think tonight's game will tell us a lot about the Suns - coming back from a tough loss at home, let's see if they're competitive tonight or not.

Bledsoe has had some epic games against Westbrook and OKC. And Phoenix has played well against OKC at home in the recent past.

It's going to take an epic game from Bledsoe for us even to be competitive.

Three minutes to play in the first quarter and it feels like we've already lost.

On the upside, we're getting killed without Weems and Telly.

Suns on a big comeback. 26-29, OKC still up.

Tie game after one thanks to an epic quarter by Bledsoe (15 pts, 6-7 FG).

EJ's commentary: Archie's contribution was basically not being Brandon Knight, allowing Bleds to get in a rhythm.

I started paying attention once they put Archie in. Bledsoe and Len playing great.

... And while Archie may turn it over now and again, at least it isn't the brickfest we've been getting from Knight.

At the half, Suns have 14 TOs ... OKC 5.

Kieff is 2-9 from the field.
