How do you guys feel about adding an additional IL+ spot?
I'm not in favor of it because it encourages stashing players who are out for non-COVID reasons, and the NBA has already reduced the length of time a player can return from COVID health and safety protocols.
I'd probably add a spot for COVID only "injuries" but that's not a provided option.
I had 11 players out at one point last week. Most were protocols, but a few injuries. I don’t think it would hurt to add one and then take it away if the protocols situation slows down.
I think 11 guys out at the same time is an outlier in this situation. Unlucky for sure, but we've all dealt with players out that have changed weekly outcomes. I'm seeing an average of 2-3 COVID protocol players per team and not all of them are high producing, must keep players like Ayton.
I'm more inclined to let it ride as it is now and add a roster spot for the playoffs if necessary.

Upon further reflection I think I want to change my answer to against. If there was a strictly covid IR spot I’d be for it, but it sounds like there isn’t.
I'm not weighing in because I'm not active enough. I get my lineups in and that's about it. Oh, yeah. I also reject all of you guys' silly trade proposals for Jokic.

But you *are* open to silly proposals for Turner right?

I have someone who would like to join our league. They can wait until next season, but would like to take over an existing team now if there's an opportunity. So if anyone would like to give up their spot now, please let me know and I'll work it out.

Edit: Turns out I was wrong and my team won the tiebreaker. I'll keep my post intact because GFTjr. sucks.
If anyone is curious about tiebreakers...
bajanguy and myself appear to have tied our playoff matchup this week. The first tiebreaker is straight forward and awards the win to the higher seeded manager, but you may have noticed that we also tied 81-77-2 on the season. If I'm reading the tiebreaker rules right, bajanguy has the higher seed (4th) due to earning more victories in the Points category. So he should move on to the semi-finals essentially by winning the second tiebreaker.
The worst part of it for me is Gary Fucking Trent Jr. shot 2-13 on Sunday which allowed bajanguy's team to catch me in FG%. Had I not even put him in my lineup, my team FG% for Sunday would've been .489 (instead of .414 with GFTjr.) and bajanguy's team wouldn't have caught me in FG%.
TL;DR - Gary Fucking Trent Jr. can fuck off.

Ugh, why does Embiid have to rest tonight? Should have rested last night when I wasn't playing anyone. Can't wait to lose this week because of resting/illnesses (Smart now out as well).
Which part were you wrong about lol
I didn't feel like reading up on how it's determined
I'm honestly not sure. The playoff tiebreaker is supposed to be the highest seed. We tied in the standings, but I won 8-0 in our only head-to-head so I guess that could've been the decider.
