Just saw this thread and thought I would revisit and share my results. The elliptical was a hit! I’ve already got my money’s worth out of it. I’m on my second contract with iFit. Well worth it. I workout 3 days a week on it and I’m stronger than ever. I started out doing all beginner material for quite a while. I just recently started doing intermediate workouts. I do whole series with the same trainer. I’m now doing jogging intervals. It’s a 16 workout program. I’m losing weight and getting healthier.Superbone wrote: ↑Sun Dec 27, 2020 10:06 pmNope. No blame. I also work out with dumbbells and have an adjustable bench. I much prefer this to HIIT workouts.
