Some people are worth giving an audience to, MyPillow guy ain't one of them.

And while election officials and experts have said there are almost always irregularities, there's never been proof of the massive voter fraud claimed or the kind of the irregularities that would change or throw an election. Most of it is fractions of a percentage in terms of votes. Plus that case in NY was rejected.

And the grift goes on

https://www.yahoo.com/news/trumps-dc-ho ... 08941.html
QAnon's most dedicated followers still believe that former President Donald Trump, who lost the 2020 presidential election, is yet to be sworn in. March 4, 2021 is a day they have marked in their diaries, insisting that is the date when Trump will be inaugurated in Washington, DC, and, ultimately, return to power.

Coincidentally, Trump International Hotel in Washington, DC is hiking up the prices of suites around that period. The hotel, just blocks away from the White House, has almost tripled the rates for some rooms on the nights of March 3 and 4, according to Forbes. March 4 appears to have become a marketing opportunity for Trump's DC hotel. The normal rate for a deluxe king in March would usually run between $476 and $596, according to Forbes. This year, the same type of room is priced has almost tripled. On March 3 and 4, the magazine reported that the room is going for $1,331 per night.

Missouri Lawmaker Indicted for Stem Cell Fraud Scheme
https://www.usnews.com/news/best-states ... aud-scheme
SPRINGFIELD, MO. (AP) — A federal grand jury has indicted a Missouri state legislator on fraud charges after she falsely promoted a treatment she was selling at medical clinics as containing stem cells that could treat various diseases, including COVID-19.

The 20-count indictment unsealed Monday also accuses 63-year-old Rep. Tricia Derges, a Republican from Nixa, Missouri, of illegally providing prescription drugs to clients and making false statements to federal agents investigating the case.

Prosecutors say Derges administered amniotic fluid, which she falsely claimed contained stem cells, as a treatment to patients who suffered from various diseases, including erectile dysfunction, Lyme disease and urinary incontinence.

Derges is not a physician but is licensed as an assistant physician, according to the U.S. attorney's office. She operates three Ozark Valley Medical Clinic sites in Springfield, Ozark and Branson.

Eight counts against Derges involve five victims who lost nearly $200,000 in a fraud scheme that lasted from December 2018 to May 2020. She is also accused in 10 counts of distributing Oxycodone and Adderall over the internet without valid prescriptions. Two counts accuse her of making false statements to federal agents.

Here's another POS.

21 Men Accuse Lincoln Project Co-Founder of Online Harassment
John Weaver, a longtime G.O.P. operative who advised John McCain and John Kasich, made sexual overtures to young men, sometimes offering to help them get work in politics.
https://www.nytimes.com/2021/01/31/us/p ... sment.html

Jan. 31, 2021
John Weaver, a longtime Republican strategist and co-founder of the prominent anti-Trump group the Lincoln Project, has for years sent unsolicited and sexually provocative messages online to young men, often while suggesting he could help them get work in politics, according to interviews with 21 men who received them.

His solicitations included sending messages to a 14-year-old, asking questions about his body while he was still in high school and then more pointed ones after he turned 18.

These messages from Mr. Weaver, 61, who helped run John McCain’s presidential campaigns in 2000 and 2008 and John Kasich’s in 2016, did not lead to physical encounters except in one consensual case, and none of the men accused Mr. Weaver of unlawful conduct. Rather, many of them described feeling preyed upon by an influential older man in the field in which they wanted to work, and believing they had to engage with his repeated messaging or lose a professional opportunity.

Distributing child porn? What is that exactly? Does he sell pictures or just share them with other “like minded” people?

Who is Q? You guys seem to know a lot more about this "person" than I do.

Separate question Mori, do you think we should have a thread on all the arrests of Child/Human trafficking that's happened in the past yr, and the pedos that have been arrested or exposed?

The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election
https://time.com/5936036/secret-2020-el ... =110717147
BY MOLLY BALL

A weird thing happened right after the Nov. 3 election: nothing.

The nation was braced for chaos. Liberal groups had vowed to take to the streets, planning hundreds of protests across the country. Right-wing militias were girding for battle. In a poll before Election Day, 75% of Americans voiced concern about violence.

Instead, an eerie quiet descended. As President Trump refused to concede, the response was not mass action but crickets. When media organizations called the race for Joe Biden on Nov. 7, jubilation broke out instead, as people thronged cities across the U.S. to celebrate the democratic process that resulted in Trump’s ouster.

A second odd thing happened amid Trump’s attempts to reverse the result: corporate America turned on him. Hundreds of major business leaders, many of whom had backed Trump’s candidacy and supported his policies, called on him to concede. To the President, something felt amiss. “It was all very, very strange,” Trump said on Dec. 2. “Within days after the election, we witnessed an orchestrated effort to anoint the winner, even while many key states were still being counted.”

In a way, Trump was right.

There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes, one that both curtailed the protests and coordinated the resistance from CEOs. Both surprises were the result of an informal alliance between left-wing activists and business titans. The pact was formalized in a terse, little-noticed joint statement of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and AFL-CIO published on Election Day. Both sides would come to see it as a sort of implicit bargain–inspired by the summer’s massive, sometimes destructive racial-justice protests–in which the forces of labor came together with the forces of capital to keep the peace and oppose Trump’s assault on democracy.

The handshake between business and labor was just one component of a vast, cross-partisan campaign to protect the election–an extraordinary shadow effort dedicated not to winning the vote but to ensuring it would be free and fair, credible and uncorrupted. For more than a year, a loosely organized coalition of operatives scrambled to shore up America’s institutions as they came under simultaneous attack from a remorseless pandemic and an autocratically inclined President. Though much of this activity took place on the left, it was separate from the Biden campaign and crossed ideological lines, with crucial contributions by nonpartisan and conservative actors. The scenario the shadow campaigners were desperate to stop was not a Trump victory. It was an election so calamitous that no result could be discerned at all, a failure of the central act of democratic self-governance that has been a hallmark of America since its founding.

Fair enough. You've mentioned it a couple times in the past, so it seemed that it irked you. I'll just post my opinion on it instead of saying, "Interesting" from now on.

It feels like it's not even being hidden anymore that it was a coordinated rigging...err, I mean fortifying it. It's not a conspiracy theory anymore, it's laid out there in a black and white, like it's being bragged about. Hey, I get it, pop the champagne bottles, toast each other. Now, it's full speed ahead to try to convict Trump in the Senate and then it's on to some type of Treason case I imagine. Why act like this when you won?

I saw no rigging on the left, only an election Biden won.

Trump started trying to steal the election a long time ago.

The President asked a foreign government to investigate his political rival.
The President withheld vital military funds from that government to press it to do so.
The President delayed funds for an American ally at war with Russian invaders.
The President's purpose was personal and political.
Accordingly, the President is guilty of an appalling abuse of the public trust.
What he did was not "perfect"— No, it was a flagrant assault on our electoral rights, our national security interests, and our fundamental values. Corrupting an election to keep oneself in office is perhaps the most abusive and destructive violation of one's oath

Mitt Romney

I saw Trump claim mail in voting was bad and then asked his followers to vote in person during a pandemic. Then he tried sabotaging the postal service to quell Democrat votes. Some might call that rigging an election or trying to steal it. After the election he tried 60+ lawsuits aimed at thwarting the results with some claiming mail in votes were fraudulent. His motives were paper thin. Of course Republicans will claim he didn’t sabotage the postal service, he was just trying to streamline it by getting rid of sorting machines and postal boxes across the nation right before an election where mail in voting would be huge.

Trump called a bunch of GOP state legislatures to overturn election results for him. How is that legal or moral?

Trump, in Taped Call, Pressured Georgia Official to ‘Find’ Votes to Overturn Election.

They want to impeach Trump for a dozen different reasons probably but mostly because he instigated an attack on our Capital aimed at nullifying the results of the election by force/coup after many other repeated legal attempts failed. People died. They forced their way inside the Senate Chambers looking for Pence chanting “”Hang pence”. Of course many Republicans will say that isn’t true but, even Mitch McConnell says it’s true. I don’t care if the y impeach him again as long as he is never allowed to hold any political office in the US ever again.

I would go the 14th Amendment section 3 route.

Fourteenth Amendment

Section 3
No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Get all the crooked GOP senators on record as voting in favor of the traitor in the impeachment trial this week. Then run in 2022, 2024, 2026 against them and run nonstop ads reminding the people that the GOP senators are supporters of a seditious wannabe dictator.
