This is horrible and the Portland train attack is horrible. Do you think the Manchester attack changed anyone's mind about ISIS? Like, that was evil, but the other ISIS attacks were just casualties of war?

I think terrorist attacks are designed to cause terror. Now our little girls aren't even safe at a pop concert. I think they accomplished what they wanted.

This. Terror usually works to terrorize. I love how Britain has always responded to these acts.

They went through being bombed every night for awhile in WWII. They respond with the middle finger.
