A large number of Congressional Dems have called on Menendez to resign. They can't force him out, but it's not like the party doesn't care.

The other examples you gave are either minor or wrong. Bowman's fire alarm stunt was bad, but not worthy of expulsion from Congress. Omar did not say she is "really working for Somalia"; that is based on a mistranslation and is a false partisan attack. Swalwell didn't know that he was romantically involved with a foreign agent, and when he found out, he cooperated with investigations into the matter. Do you really want people expelled from Congress for things like this?
