Pretty pathetic that our rights are being torn away despite our having the House, Senate, and White House.

I used to sing “Proud to be an American” every once in awhile when appropriate and do a pretty decent job. Now I don’t sing it anymore and have ignored requests for it. I can’t in good conscience sing that now. I am definitely not proud of my country right now. I don’t know who we are anymore.

I don’t call myself a Democrat even though most people would assume I am based on my posts. I’m not a Democrat and I am definitely not a Republican. I am a moderate. The Dems to me don’t seem to have any good leaders. They have people who sort of have their hearts in the right place. They don’t have a clear plan and the only plans they had failed. I don’t know if the Dems are to blame for all the ills in the nation and world right now. They will get the blame at the ballot box and at this point in our democracy that could spell the end of our democracy.
