If Ayton proves to require double teams, he's going to make teams pay. He really is a good passer, finding the shooters really consistently. We just haven't hit the shots.

Ayton has got to fight harder to get the ball. He’s too loose in the post just allows his man to keep getting around to the ball

His free throw stroke looks good, but we need to get him some shot attempts

^this. In college he was always bigger and more athletic than everyone so he never worried about establishing position but NBA is a whole different league.

Ayton isn't making any really dumb decisions out there, he just looks a little lost.

He's expecting the double team everytime he gets the ball and immediately starts looking for who to pass it back out to. It always leads to an open 3.

Suns up by 4 despite shooting 31% and turning the ball over 12 times.

The Summer league is all about players who can create their own shots and perimeter shooting. There just isn't a lot of time to get everybody indoctrinated into any kind of system in such a short period of time.

K.I.S.S. - run some pick and rolls since obviously nobody's able to throw a pass in to the post.

I feel like I've seen a lot of pick and roles--the ball just never ends up with Ayton. I agree that he has been passive offensively in both games. Absolutely under control, but passive. With whats going on with Bender, it makes me a little nervous about how long that will last.

BTW Shaq Harrison really has no business being the backup PG. It should be Okobo easily.

Kokoskov needs to play more Okobo WITH Ayton.

Harrison is a defensive specialist, that's about it right now, but good defense is good enough for a roster spot.
