This is one of those games I wish I hadn’t watched so I could look at the box score and be pleased with the fact that we competed against a great team. Up by 14 with less than 4 minutes left..

I thought the Suns got Crawford for his veteran experience... he never got off the bench.
While Canaan was throwing bricks, Daniels, a designated sharpshooter, was cooling his heels on the pine.

Ariza and Ayton vanished at the end.

Booker gave a heroic effort, but the ultimate end game illustrates why Phoenix needs a guard who can handle the ball and distribute.

I agree with some of the others ... not one of Igor's finer moments.

And the home crowd gives the away team a great ovation. What a time to be alive.
That's what happens when the home team disappoints spectacularly on a regular basis.
You can thank Boobhead Sarver for reducing the franchise to the level of an NBA joke.

I am going to the game and sitting pretty close to the bench. If things look ugly tonight, I intend to make sure my feelings are well known : )
Please, please, please do this! I'm begging you.
I’ve only finished watching the first half. Did you give them an earful?

Laz..really? Come on...ffs, its not like the Celtics are a scrub team! We competed...and if we DO fix the PG situation, this team is a contender. We competed w/a glaring hole in our rotation. We have 'a' vs. 'multiple' problems to solve. Mistakes happen...but this rotation is competitive...with this one glaring hole. Fix this...we're in contention...instantly. Effort is a question too...but I really believe a facilitator would change that up too.

We NEED a PG.

Nice to see us run 1 play for Ayton the ENTIRE 2nd half. Are YOU KIDDING ME!!??!!

Meanwhile Canaan shoots 14 times with 7 points. Hey Igor, you have a dominant 7ft+ player. USE HIM. And you should have had Bridges on Kyrie in the 4th and OT. WTF are you thinking?
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Still waiting on a trade for a starting point guard...
Someone who knows how to pass to Ayton.
Great first 3 quarters.

Canaan shouldn’t have 14 shots period. Igor should stop running the offense through him at the top of the key and post him up or let him eat up boards off the glass.

Igor is utilizing Ayton like some finesse Euro big man 25ft out, setting screens and dancing around the top of the key and 3 point line. I don't think he knows how to utilize a dominant physical specimen like Ayton.

That was an excruciating to watch 4th quarter. You just knew they were going to blow it. But then with 2 minutes to go, it was looking pretty good up 9. Suns offense just shut down. When it went to OT. You just knew it was over. Celtics fans were shut up the whole game until the 4th and OT. Demoralizing loss. The only silver lining may be that they found out they don’t know how to close out a game. Their offense just shut down and they went into one-on-one mode.

It’s just pathetic. If you don’t even attempt try to maximize the strengths of your two best players, get the fuck out. Don’t even waste a season on him. He’s not a winning coach if he can’t adapt to the strengths of his players.

This one was a gut punch. I watched it all but was behind the live game on my DVR so couldn't post during. You could just kind of feel them slowly giving the game away. Their defense was atrocious for most of the whole game, especially down the stretch. And on offense, I kept screaming at my TV, "pass it in to Ayton!" They just have him set screens way out up top and then never pass it to him when he rolls. What's the point? Any big stiff could do that. They don't use Ayton at all. We badly need somebody to run our offense.

At least you got two more quarters first.

We are so lucky that the Celtics are missing so many shots tonight.
Yeah, made for a lovely ending. I think I would have preferred to lose in regulation by 10. That was one of the most nerve wracking and unfun 4th quarters ever.
