Also, Kokoskov got his 2nd T in like 3 games.

I like an angry Kokoskov. Seemed like there was good communication between him, Booker, and Ayton in the snippets I could see.

Phoenix, which entered the game an NBA-worst 12-51, is the worst team James has lost to while playing in his NBA career (minimum 25 games into a season), per ESPN Stats & Information.
I'm glad we could accommodate.

The best part is this might have been the beginning of the end for the Lakers season. Love it!

I wonder how Chandler's liking it.

I was relatively emotionless during this game. I should have been happier or invested, but I wasn't and I think this season has taken a toll on my Suns fandom.
Only this season? You are damn near bulletproof.

This is what happens to a team and their chemistry when LeBron tries to trade all of his teammates at the trade deadline. Lol.

If he gets himself ejected in a game we’re losing, then I would consider keeping him around another year.

I love that we beat the Lakers, and I especially love that clip of Lebron bouncing the ball off the wrong side of the backboard to cause a turnover. That may have been the exact moment when the Lakers season became officially over. LOVE IT

Am I wrong in wanting the Lakers to make the playoffs, solely so they aren't in the lottery and have a chance at Zion? I'd love nothing more than to see them as the 8 seed against the Warriors and get swept.

I'll admit it...the thought did cross my mind too.

They wouldn't get Zion. The odds are ridiculously small. I'd much rather be able to say, "Lebron went to the Lakers and they couldn't even make the playoffs." That is so satisfying.

Yes, as long as they don’t jump in the lottery, I want them where no team wants to be—the best team in the lottery.

It also would be the first time that Lebron watch the Playoffs from home, right?

First since his rookie year, I believe.

Also his first time not in the Finals since 2010 (when, ironically, the Lakers won). The last time the Finals had neither LeBron nor the Lakers was 2006.

This is the ruthless West, Mr. James. Where one injury or bad month drops you from #4 to #11.

First since his second season (2005). They were the 9th seed his first two seasons.

Trying to trade half your team mates is probably not a good idea either. Lebron most likely came into the season knowing the Finals were out of reach, but not the playoffs. His return to Cleveland was the perfect storm on how to turn around a non playoff team, not a blueprint for success, no wonder they were into perpetual turmoil. A declining James is no longer capable to will a team into the ultimate prize, and he knew it as he tricked LA into a long term deal disguised as “ franchise stability” but truly was taking care of himself with a hefty contract no matter what happens on the court.

The NBA would be so much more interesting if Lebron and Kyrie had been able to set aside their differences and just stay together in Cleveland this year.

Ditto for Durant and Westbrook on OKC.
