To get Brogdon away from Milwaukee you'll have to pay him close enough to D'Angelo Russell's salary that you might as well get Russell. Russell isn't a perfect player but he averaged 21 and 7 last year, while Brogdon averaged 15.6 and 3.2 in similar minutes.

Yeah, but Brogdon is a player that makes any system/rotation just better. I'd go with him over Russell any day, especially since I already have Booker.
Do you think Brogdon and Russell can still go up a level? I think Russell can, but I'm not sure about Brogdon.
21-7 looks good but Russell had a team all for himself last season. I don't see him increasing his game to say 25-8 and better %s.

At the same pay for the same years, on this team, I would take Brogdon every time. I want a good distributor, good defender, and great shooter. It is basically what we have said we need in the back court with Booker all season. D'lo only checks one of those boxes.

For what it's worth, D'Angelo Russell posted this shortly after the Warren trade.

The Suns have just posted this to their twitter"

I honestly love this stuff. It really makes up for the lack of actual games to watch.

D'lo said it was "Halloween Season" right after the Warren trade. Then, the Suns posted a new profile pic with their black and orange colors.

If trading TJ for space that helps you sign a player that fits better, it seems like it was worth it. I don't get this site sometimes.

WTF is this shit? TJ on a great contract for nothing?

I'm glad I used up all the "fucks I had to give" back during the SSOL era. It makes riding this shit coaster so much more bearable.

Come on In2. I get Warren has been injury prone, but it is ridiculous that the Suns couldn't even get a 2nd rounder for him; he is young, makes midlevel money, and scores 18 ppg. And the Suns had to give up a good pick to move him.

It was a great trade for Indiana.
Trendon Watford. Please and thank you.

That's an A+++ trade for them. They stole Warren from James Jones. 20ppg scorers don't grow on trees.

Pacers got a 18 PPG scorer on a friendly contract and had to give up nothing. Oh and they got a free pick also.

You can’t defend a move like this when you counter acting move is acquiring Baynes to eat up some of the cap space you gained by giving up Warren. It’s a level of stupidity that I didn’t think Jones had in him.
