It really is but nobody seems to get it how much it is. Just watched the Inside the NBA guys and they were all fine with it. I don’t think anybody else but us Suns fans see how truly special what he is doing is. Barkley and Shaq were more upset that Morant didn’t get in.

I just hope Booker takes it personally and starts really punishing the league for their stupidity.

Sometimes would be my answer. If he’s frustrated it can result in silly fouls. But that’s more of an in game thing.
There was the time the crowd in Phoenix was cheering for Westbrook to get the triple double record. Booker got pissed and lead us to the win. Only example I could think of , but a good one.

That stat is for all arenas outside of Phoenix.

Amen. There is a huge risk that Booker wants out if he sees the new FO 'doesn't do anything' and it is costing him not to reach his goals. He would be on his third selection already (maybe fourth) if not for lack of team success.
Re: Suns News: Week 14 1/27-2/2
Kind of, but a lot of our own doing. It has been 10 years since we were a relevant team. That means nobody watches us, so people don't know Book. This snub is on Robert by not getting a real team together, ever. The only team that was relevant was put together by JC or his hires.

Team success, but also location. Is there any doubt that if he were drafted by the Lakers he wouldn't have been in nearly every year after his rookie year? No question. I swear that half the reason Ingram got in was because of his time in L.A. not LA.Ring_Wanted wrote: ↑Fri Jan 31, 2020 12:54 amAmen. Still, I think Ingram was all-star worthy, so I won’t complain too much. Westbrook was not.

Ingram is in because of Zion. Zion got New Orleans tons of nationally televised games, then got hurt and gave Ingram a chance to shine to a national audience.Indy wrote: ↑Fri Jan 31, 2020 7:26 amTeam success, but also location. The NBA is missing out on marketing Book.

Thought about this too...a young star in the league playing in a small market? Nah, let's get CP3 and Westbrook in the game instead

They’ve just skipped past Book and gone to Trae and Ja
Re: Suns News: Week 14 1/27-2/2
I think if you showed a highlight reel (not stats, just individual plays) of each of their 20 best moments this season, most casual fans would prefer Trae and Ja. They are extremely flashy, and that gets likes and clicks and shares. Book just goes to work and dominates on the offensive end. But not in a flashy way.

Espn has a video of the highlights of all star snubs. I’ll give you one guess on who leads off the video and who gets the most time.Indy wrote: ↑Fri Jan 31, 2020 10:07 amI think if you showed a highlight reel (not stats, just individual plays) of each of their 20 best moments this season, most casual fans would prefer Trae and Ja.
