I’m trying to reign in my hopes at the playoffs. If we win this game we are just 1/2 game back of NO though and we’re almost right in the thick of things. I think I’ll wait till we get to at least 3-0, maybe 4-0 before I start dreaming, haha.

I'm not going to worry about it one iota. The chances are slim and none and Slim just left town. BUT, they're getting great experience in a playoff like atmosphere. Every game for them is a playoff game. This will make us better for next year.

Oh I agree, I just wonder if there is ever a point you guys would start dreaming of the playoffs. If we start 4-0 and are only a game out of 9th, what would you think?

I agree with this 100%. Everybody keeps saying in interviews that this feels like a playoff atmosphere. I think these games are really good for our young guys. We probably won't make the playoffs, but this is our playoffs. Let's win as many as we can and try to grow and build from here. I really like the way the team looks overall and think this will get me excited for what they can do next season.

I'm just not going to think that far ahead with this squad.

I'm glad. Stick with what worked. And I think Cam matches up better with Dallas' starters anyway.

Wondering if Kelly plans to play at all during the Orlando bubble, and if so, does he return to find he has permanently lost his starting spot?

The Mavs have been running a lineup that should be a good matchup for the Suns, Curry-Hardaway-Doncic-Finney-Smith-Porzingis.

Curry doesn't have the skillset to take advantage of Rubio's defensive deficiencies; the Suns want Mikal on Doncic; Hardaway will probably switch to guard Cam so that Finney-Smith can pick up Book; and that leaves the Ayton-Porzingis matchup.
Trendon Watford. Please and thank you.

Ayton and Bridges were looking pretty great for the first two minutes or so.

EJ is on point about Ayton taking jump shots. It's a good shot most of the time, but he needs to settle down.

Bridges defense has been great.
