Finally getting some calls to go our way. Down 2 with 2 minutes left, need a run to reset this game.

Chris Paul is flopping and falling his way to more fouls. One of the more annoying players to play against.

The way we played the 1st quarter, ahead by 1 at the half is a miracle

Start Jevon at pg in 2nd half. Rubio has been trash. I might go Payne/Cárter/Book/Johnson/Ayton

Ultimately, Thunder shooting 52% and 42% from 3, that combined with the Ayton fiasco and we have a half time lead? I’ll take it. Now just treat the 2nd half as a new game.

For all the bitching and moaning in this thread, the Suns are up 1 at halftime, and Ayton is back and playing and already has 6 points and 2 boards. I think we will have a good chance to play well in the second half. GO SUNS!

Shit 1st qtr because of the Ayton nonsense. Battled back in the 2nd for a 1pt lead. Rubio's worst game so far, Book carrying the load, Cam shooting well, Jevon earning his PT on the defensive end. Payne solid as well. Mikal not much this game but getting switched on Paul a lot. Gotta run them off the 3pt line.

This game is much closer than it should be in general and not the kind of game you want with another game tomorrow. Should've been a blowout, hopefully we come out swinging in the 3rd to put them away.

This fuckin' guy.

It's no wonder he's a mental midget on the court if he can't keep it together enough to get a COVID test at the right time.

I want nothing more than a suns win. But Ayton at some point needs to get his shit together. I expect a big second half from him. God, I wish I could watch these remaining games.

I can only speak for myself
I said in the first quarter the guys have responded to every challenge so I would not trip yet but can't fault persons for being annoyed
Our poor start isn't a coincidence and we have a back to back so ideally not making hard work of this would been better

Just know that it’s my birthday, so you can’t get too mad at me if we lose, haha. JK, I’ll take my punishment fair and square.
OK, well in that case, it was meant to be! Happy BDay, Split! With this new intel, I'm now totally relaxed about today's game. We're cruising to an easy win for your birthday. <no jinx>
Haha, this is the first ever game on my bday! Nodack gets to keep the streak alive tomorrow!
See? What did I tell you. Easy, relaxed first half.

To quote D'Antoni I'd play the devil himself if it helped me win the game...

Let's go Ayton! Show us what you got!

I don’t know. You kinda messed up your posting pattern to start the game. I’d be a little worried.

I swear to god if I find out the league did some sort of mix up or something else that caused Ayton to miss his test, I’ll be so pissed. I’m gonna make a strongly worded email for sure!
