So I had gone with YouTube TV, but this is the second time they've dropped the Fox Sports channels and they also increased their monthly rates, so I've moved over to Hulu, which does carry Fox Sports and is $10 a month cheaper.

I think I am doing the same now that the finals are over. I really never watch local channels anyway.

I really am paying too much for DirecTV but I don't want to have to miss any Suns games. Suns/Lakers are only available on Spectrum here.

You can buy league pass directly from the NBA (and I think you can even just buy 1 team). You would have to stream them, but I think the PS4 app works well.

Yeah, but unfortunately, those games and Clippers games would be blacked out for me.

You can stream those. It works extremely well. And I realize you don't want to "steal" anything, but if you are paying for League Pass, I wouldn't feel guilty about streaming a few games a year.

It is ridiculous they haven’t found a solution to black out games.

There is a solution. Pay for the right provider. That's the whole reason for the blackout in the first place.

I'll have to think about that. Still not the same as watching on my big screen TV.

I was thinking more from a league pass perspective. I pay for league pass but if I want to watch suns-Jazz games I have to buy whatever channel the jazz games are on. I feel like the nba could make some sort of deal to make that possible.

That's a good point. They really should. I'd even be willing to pay a little extra for my in-market games to make that happen.

I stream it through my smart tv's browser. The great thing is that my tv doesn't allow pop ups, so no ads!

It didn't work well with my vizio smart tv, but did with my samsung. So not sure how well the browsers work on each platform.

I have also used AirPlay to stream from my laptop to my TV.

I have a new LG I bought this year. I'll have to try both of those. Last time I tried AirPlay, it didn't work but I think that was on my old Sony TV.

It does work a lot better if they are both hard wired if you are streaming HD. Over wireless it was usually OK, just depended on who else was streaming in the house at the same time.

I had DirecTV until recently and liked it, but we switched to Comcast cable and now I like that much better. The DirecTV often had issues (had to reset the receiver, reception problems, channels not working, service outages, etc.), and the Comcast TV and internet are fast and "just work." I am glad I switched. I watch the Suns games on my League Pass, and occasionally on the nbastreams web site if I'm not near a TV.

Hey Bobster--I was looking to sign up for something streaming to get FSAZ, but Hulu's website doesn't list it anymore. Did they drop it?
