I know people are gonna shit on Ayton after the game like always but this shit show was a team effort, Booker and Crowder were absolutely terrible at key moments and Paul wasn’t much better.
Ya..only Bridges really played well. Craig too

I would not say we "deserve" to lose this game, but we've certainly made a lot of mistakes down the stretch. Paul has just lost the ball 2-3 different times. Some guys have passed up easy shots and others have taken really tough unnecessary shots. It looks like we may be in position to pull this out, which is what ultimately matters, but it's been an ugly finish.

The last 8-9 minutes of Suns basketball has been Book ISOs. Gotta have better late game offense. This might be CPs worst game as a Sun. No one's really had it today but Book and maybe DA. Not sure why Monty went small earlier. We're trying to give this game away.

It was like we were actively trying to lose. I’m pretty positive guy and don’t get too down on losses or even bad stretches but this one...

This was first time in awhile a game had me banging my head against wall. Wtf.

Made these comments in the Magic thread

"Yup Yup
Mentioned in the other thread that my concerns with losing to inferior teams not really there but I do have some about losing close games. Didn't know what our record was but this isn't surprising."

So yea obviously not a great day for my concerns

No idea. Some people around here just love to shit on Ayton. I can't count the number of times in the 4th and OT he kept a possession alive with a rebound or tip out to a teammate.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Yea that was a Sunday 1pm game (east coast time) so it was ugly, guys were tired and shots weren't falling. Bridges came up big late, Crowder was strong on the boards, Craig chipped in on both ends. The bench wasn't really much of a factor again so heavy minutes for the starters. Hopefully those legs come back around and we get Dario and the Cams back into things.

Thought DA played well today and was a force on the boards. Very good 1st half and then we stopped going to him.

Crowder may have redeemed his perfect o-fer 9 with that last steal.

Not a great game to watch live and not a great Suns advert for UK fans but a win is a win.
Too many players played like ass but we still get the W.

I don’t think anyone is criticizing Ayton for this game. He was fine.

Monty needs to take a page from Cotton Fitzsimmons' playbook and stay with the hot hand when it comes to Ayton.
He was catching the ball and going strong to the hoop in the first quarter and then they sub in Saric.
I mean, this is cooling off your best player of the moment.
Screw the rotation minutes ...
