Paul is 0 for everything, Mikal's a nonfactor on offense. It's really been Book, some DA and Jae and Shamet. Like the last few games, if we start hitting shots we can pull away. Book fell hard on a drive and came up holding his right wrist/hand but seemed to shake it off. Something to watch out for.

Bridges 1/7

Payne 1/6
Nader 0/3

That's 2/24 there.

Two poor shooting games in a row. The Mavs are pretty good at being patient on offense so I doubt they'll give a gift to the Suns like the Wolves did two nights ago.

That's what I've been asking for for 4 years...go to Ayton in the 4th quarter for easy points. 8 points in the quarter...must be a career high. :P

We looked fantastic from what I saw tonight(only watched final 4 minutes) Glad to see we pulled it out and I saw the best part, haha.

Wanna give props to Bridges for two huge steals defending KP in the final minutes.

The last Suns team to win 10 straight games had Steve Nash, Amar'e Stoudemire, Jason Richardson, Grant Hill, Channing Frye, Jared Dudley, Robin Lopez, Goran Dragic, Leandro Barbosa and Lou Amundson on it.

I haven't watched much of the Mavs yet this season, but I'm impressed with their patience in the half court. They were clearly trying to get a mismatch for KP and it worked pretty well for them until the Suns put Bridges on the ballhandler. Mikal deserves all the credit for shutting down their preferred set in clutch situations.

Strong 7-0 start. Book looking sharp early in the 1st.
I'm confused.
Ha ha. I wanted to see if anybody was paying attention. :D You win!
Well, I was close. 8-0 start but it was the Mavs. Then the Suns when on a 7-0 run. Book struggled early but finished the first quarter very well.

It wasn’t easy but I’ll take it. They came up big when they needed to. Book with the tough 26 footer and Paul with the amazing find while falling out of bounds to Ayton. And what about that amazing Book shot earlier where he spins into the lane and then scoops it around Porzingas and up for the 5 foot kiss off the glass.

That was a beautiful shot, and I apologize for being a party pooper, but he could've dropped it off for an easy dunk by Ayton... don't think shot clock was an issue. The announcers also commented on another play where he took a short jumper instead of dumping it off to Ayton.

I thought the Suns played well tonight on both sides of the ball, they just missed shots they would normally make. They generated plenty of open looks for good 3 point shooters.

The fact that they pulled it out is, again, a good sign. It helps that the Mavs had no closer of their own.
