Hornets broadcast discussing the authenticity of Emanuel Terry's uniform numbers like it's a UFO sighting.
They basically had nothing nice to say about anyone on the Suns that wasn't associated with North Carolina in some way.
Scoreboard!

Stix dunk was very similar to the dunk Blake Griffin did on Perkins.

Serious question. Why is Paul playing in the fourth?

Continuity? On the other hand, he played only 26 minutes total.

I think Stix seriously bruised Miles Plumlee’s ego. He never entered the ballgame again.

Plumlee looked slow tonight. Stix and BB were far too nimble and active for him to keep up.

41-point lead
The Hornets better thank the Suns for putting their dregs on the floor for a lot of the fourth. Suns were very close to giving them their most lopsided home loss since their first game ever on their home court.

Why is CP3 playing in the 4th when we’re up 43?
Chris Paul and Kevin Young. Who do you think wears the pants in that relationship?
Good answer.

Nah. He already explained that it was an elaborate reverse psychology ploy.

Maybe the lesson is that if you’re a 5 that’s agile, can rebound and can finish plays, our offense will make you look good.

(Unless you’re Damian Jones)

Another monster game for Stix. What an F-up that we didn't sign this guy for his next year. Or that we didn't see his talent enough to see that we should play him more. I absolutely loved the bench reaction when he had that dunk; they went completely apeshit for it. You can tell they are rooting for him.

Biyombo was great for his first game. Amazing that he was just sitting at home and he can walk right in and be productive a day later at an NBA level.

Can we even resign him? Do we have Bird rights still? Problem is that he is a small ball stretch 5 instead of a 4 like we had hoped.

Great blowout, much needed after the last few performances where we've been flat. The Hornets have a lot of explosive scorers but couldn't match us early. We were really flying around on both sides of the ball. When Book is locked in like he was, he's just lethal. That's a game he was making sure we were going to win. CP dominated as quietly as anyone with 16 assists can. The only thing of concern is his 3pt shot, which just isn't falling.

The big story is obviously Jalen. I don't know what we do with him now. He's definitely a smallball 5 so it might still be hard for him to get minutes when we're fully healthy. But watching him, he's exactly the type of young big you see on another team and wish you had on your team. It's disappointing we had so many missteps with him so far- from trying to make him a PF to not getting him any real PT to not picking up his 3rd year. Have to see how this plays out. And while I love McGee, he's 33 and on a 1yr deal. If we lose him in the offseason and Stix goes elsewhere, we're almost back to square one.

Biyombo looked really good but it was also his first game back. Nice defensive presence tho, a bit of a wider body in the paint and is another guy who's ideal off the bench in a defensive, catch and dunk role rather than being a starter or heavy minutes guy.

A few other things on Stix
