Game Day: Thunder (30-34) @ Suns (36-29), Wed 3/8/23

Post by Superbone »

Time: 7:00 pm AZ (6:00 pm PT/9:00 pm ET)
Place: Footprint Center, Phoenix, AZ
TV: BSAZ, NBALP

OKC took out the defending champion Golden State Warriors Tuesday night and then had to turn around and hop on a plane to Phoenix to take on the Suns the next night who are 3-0 since Durant joined the squad. Durant came into the league with the then Seattle Supersonics who then moved to Oklahoma City and became the Thunder. Payne was also drafted by the Thunder. Shamet remains out for the Suns while SGA will be sitting out for the Thunder for load management reasons.

I'm sure Lu Dort and Isaiah Joe can't wait to jack up 15+ shots a piece. Hopefully the Suns can keep Joe from setting another career scoring high this time.

It would be cool to actually guard him this time.

I can't believe this isn't a nationally televised game. Apparently, the Suns training center was stuffed with media yesterday at practice and will be at the game tonight.

Raptors/Clippers is a better matchup with all of the OKC guys out.

OK. Regardless, I don’t think KD playing his first home game against a bad team has much national appeal.

Bally Sports baby! I paid for it and I tell you, those streams are terrible quality. Maybe 720p but low end 720p. Also it stutters all the time and hiccups. I'm on Gigablast and everything I stream is gorgeous. Definitely a Bally Sports problem.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

I didn't say I didn't get it. I'll be watching it in all it's glory on my 77" OLED. No stuttering for me. DTV for the win.
