I'm really not worried about having two good centers
I don't think that is the concern.

I’d much rather have Williams than Kessler…I don’t think Kessler is a good nba center.
I think Kessler is overrated by some on this site, but I don't see how you can say he isn't good.

I really like Mark Williams, so I prefer him as well.

With how they managed to acquire and package picks to get their target at #31 (3 spots after the pick they traded for Williams), it's not a huge stretch to say acquiring Mark Williams really only cost the Suns one future late first round pick and some second round picks.

He either passes a physical or the Suns can waive the physical and just complete the trade. I'm still not entirely sure what happened with the Lakers thing or what any of his issues are regarding his back/foot/knee.
We'll never know, but they sure gave up way more than the Suns did last night and were lauded for it. Yet here we are, getting smoked by a certain few perpetually unhappy fans.
I don't think it makes sense to compare the two. The Lakers were/are in a much different place team-wise than the Suns. The Lakers were trying to acquire the final piece to win a championship. The Suns are a lottery team with no flexibility and just exhausted all of their assets.

Unless they aren't a lottery team.

I’m not sure he can play in the playoffs. Not a good offensive player
