Ah, it’s nice to have some youth on the team that’s hungry instead of some stats merchant. Going to be nice getting back to a team game.
We might not win as many games as last year but it's going to be a HECK of a lot more entertaining!

He has a negative wingspan? like his left arm comes out of his right shoulder, or something?

He's way more Sam Hauser than Klay Thompson.
Describe the difference. All I ever see Klay do is what's in his highlights
Pre injury Klay was a defensive menace with a much longer wingspan, better athlete, could get his own shot. Brea is none of those things and has a negative wingspan. He's much more of just a role playing sniper like Hauser or Duncan Robinson.
And if he just becomes another Hauser or Robinson, that's perfectly fine for a mid 2nd round pick.
Yep. A very useful skill set.
Wasn't it Cotton who said you can never have too many shooters? Or was that dirt workers? Or both?

I'm talking now. Klay is nothing more than a catch and shoot/ catch, fake, and shoot guy with whatever defense.

Brea can do more than that NOW
Brea reminds me of Royce's game from the perimeter but he's a much better shooter and not streaky like O'Neale.

Least amount of games I've watched in years. Everytime I'd check the box score, we'd be down a disgusting amount. Everytime I'd turn it on, a bunch of overpaid superstars laughing while getting their asses beat. Coach Bud on the sidelines, arms crossed, a little red faced and befuddled, never laying into the worthless piece of shit roster we assembled. The amount of hatred I have for the team last season is immeasurable.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

The Bickley video at the top of this article shows that he has a good feel for the local fan base and matches what we're talking about our disgust for the product on the floor last season.

Dang, Bickley is looking old, but I guess he's been doing this for 25+ years now.

He hasn't aged gracefully. If he would just do something about his hair, it would go a long way. Every time I see him, I never forget Robot's description of him as a puka-wearing goof.

If he could just be Kyle Korver I’ll be happy.

In the videos I’ve watched I haven’t seen Brea coming off picks and immediately launching, he really has to adjust his feet to square up, doesn’t seem to have that ability to rise up and square mid air, thus Bone’s comment about O’Neale resemblance. But his shooting fundamentals are just so good. The highlight videos I’ve seen, he really does rarely even hit rim on his three pointers. In fact he hits rim more often on his midrangers.

This is a good interview with Brian Gregory by Gambo. I like that he gives a lot of the credit to the team of guys he manages.

I must say Gregory has sounded much more assured and impressive in his post-draft interviews than he did in the awful introductory media conference.
