Untolds are typically pretty good…. Will have to watch when I get Netflix again.

That's an awful injury for Moody. He's young (23 I think) and has been one of the few young players who have played well for the creaky old Warriors. This has been a bit of a sad season for Golden State: their supposed core of Curry, Butler, and Draymond has shown that despite that really nice run to end last season, they aren't capable of putting together a full regular season of elite level play. And most of their young guys aren't panning out. That team is a bit like the Suns of the past few years where they went "all-in" on a chance to contend, and now it hasn't worked out, and now the cupboard is bare. Only their Devin Booker (Curry) is 38 years old. They may be headed for a blow-up or long rebuild.

Some general NBA stuff
Re: Around the NBA: Week 23 (3/23- 3/29)
I wonder if this will lessen the value of first rounders even more?

Starting next season, rookies will be assigned to teams by the league front office.
in Ott we trust

Just watched the end of the Rockets/Wolves game. Durant fouled with Rockets down 2 with seconds left. He had been 10-10 from the FT line for the game. First shot...boink...way short. Wolves win. You hate to see it.

Hoping the Rockets trade all their young guys and go all-in with KD next season

Sengun is an awful defender…I didn’t realize how much they’d miss Steven Adams

Unlikely at this point but I want Houston in playoffs
I don’t want to see: OKC, Denver
Who we beating: Lakers (5 games at most), Rockets( we wrap up in 6)
I’m okay with Spurs and Twolves.
I think the spurs beat us but I think we can give them a strong 6 or 7 game series.
Twolves I think we can beat but it’ll take 6 or 7 games as well. Booker just dog shit against them.

If we can just avoid OKC in the first round, I'll be happy.Wally_West wrote: ↑Thu Mar 26, 2026 9:32 amUnlikely at this point but I want Houston in playoffs

Playoff opponent by likelihood(percentages are guesses by me):
1. Spurs - 50%
2. Thunder - 25%
3. Miss the playoffs - 15%
4. Lakers - 5%
5. Any other team - 5%

And I’m probably too high for the percentages on Lakers or any other team.

Gonna need someone smarter than me to explain all this and tell me what to think
