They’re gonna get smoked both play in games. They haven’t beaten a non-tanking team in forever.

I hope there's nothing more serious brewing with this late season nosedive. It's like they know they are what they are and are just waiting for the offseason. Maybe the play-in games will be different but it does feel like the team is checked out. It's a much bigger problem if Ott's lost the lockerroom and guys aren't buying into his message anymore.

The backcourt of Bouyea and Brea was bumblingly bad.

2-15 shooting, 4 assists, 6 TOs.

If that was an audition for next season, they failed.
A fun team to watch again. A trade or two away from being a serious contender...

Allen is probably done for the year….

The year started great and over all was better than expected. I could care less about any play offs since this team isn’t anywhere near being a serious contender. Hopefully this offseason we can make some moves.

101-73? I'm not even watching the highlights (like were there any anyways?).

25 points in the second half ...

... and Ryan Dunn's deer-in-the-headlights performance was beyond miserable.

That was a brutal watch.

Brooks was point shaving.
Bunnz (h/t Saucy) was awful. -39. Zero impact on either end. Super disappointing.
Williams was soft as he has been recently.
Grayson had his usual “I’ve played 3 straight games, now I need a few off” injury.
Brea not an NBA playa.
Bouyea has low key been atrocious since his concussion. Went from 50/34/73 shooting pre-ASB to 33/13/67 post-ASB before accounting for his 1-7 night. He’s scared to shoot 3s and can’t finish at the rim. He used to be automatic at the basket. Happy for him that he got his contract. If this is what we’re getting, I hope his option is declined.
Bouyea has been bad for sure, but he is still shooting 93% at the rim on the season.

This team isn't good enough to "flip a switch" when the play-in or playoffs come. I think we're in trouble. We look atrocious lately, and it's been enough games that I don't think it can be attributed to a fluke or small patch.

When Dillon Brooks isn't hitting 45% of his shots he's an absolute butt crack on offense which seems to bleed into the other players, they all start taking turns on offense trying their own horse shots. Anybody have the teams record since Brooks returned? I imagine it's pretty dismal.

Like EJ keeps saying, Dunn has to look at the basket. Fleming too. Both get to advantages near the hoop and then pass out. Come on guys, learn a little aggressiveness. And Bouyea is afraid to shoot and be aggressive now as well.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

I would keep things in perspective with certain guys. Bouyea was a waiver wire journeyman for a reason. Guys like Dunn and Sheer are roleplayers right now who were out there without the stars to attract any attention from the defense. Yea you'd like to see them at least be aggressive and work on their offense while they have the opportunity but I'm not harping on it. Both guys are probably out of rhythm anyway after being pulled from the rotation the last few weeks.

What Shel said…you can’t judge guys like Dunn and Sheer when they are playing with Bouyea. You hope for their future that they develop some aggressive moves attacking, but that’s not been their game yet.

I do think it’s very possible we lose both play-in games. We’re gonna need Booker firing on all cylinders and for everyone else to hit shots. We get two chances at least and Portland and LAC have their issues too. I could go for a 5/7 Royce game or a classic 9 3s Grayson one.

I only watched the first half because Blazers v. Clips was far more worthy of my attention.

Two Dunn things stood out to me in the first half, both indicators of confidence. First was Grayson completely ignored him on an obvious swing pass to him in the corner when he was wide open, like shootaround practice 3 open. Grayson definitely knew he was there and didn't even consider a pass fake.

Second was Dunn just not at all willing to challenge guys near the rim with a shot. He noped out of a shot attempt in the way I'd expect from a rookie player. Really disappointing.
Hasn’t Dunn been bad since he went up for a monster dunk and literally got knocked on his ass a few months ago? To me it seems to correlate.
