I'd hate to see the Lakers get embarrassed.

I'm sure the Thunder were salivating over this match up

It was nice to see the Rockets and KD get embarrassed. But, FUCK the Lakers, now I want to see Lebron and LA get absolutely spanked. But, FUCK OKC, I want to see them bounced out in the following round.

Took me a beat to remember who they're playing and the significance of this picture. I hope they're looking at our early beating we gave them as it may be the recipe for success again the "alien".

Wolves upset the Spurs in Game 1; that's wild. Almost everybody underestimated this Wolves team. They are having a great playoffs.

Crazy that we are underestimating them after what they did to the Suns a couple of years ago.
"Hey, Jane - get me off this crazy thing called love." - Charlie, but also Suns fans wishing we didn't have to watch more 4th quarter small ball but knowing we will tune in for the next game.

To be fair, we beat them with Gillespie as our best player, so I didn’t believe in them haha

The concern about the Spurs is that they're young and not battle-tested in the playoffs yet. It seemed like they made "the leap" and were ready despite their young age as a team. But one thing I've underrated all year is how much the Wolves team is built to counter other teams in a playoff series. They have Gobert to slow down elite centers like Jokic and Wemby. They have elite wing defenders like McDaniels to slow down other teams' best swingmen. They have a pretty strong modern PF rotation in Randle and Naz Reid. Decent shooting around their stars such as DiVincenzo, McDaniels, And at the middle of it all they have Ant Edwards as the elite scoring SG to carry them in crunch time. Their team underperformed a little bit in the regular season, but I think they have one of the most versatile lineups in the postseason, able to go big, go athletic, shoot well, or basically play/counter whatever style of opponent is thrown at them. I slept on this team.

Divencenzo tore his Achilles, so he’s done, but if Ayo comes back soon, he was playing well. Shannon has been great too lately.

They play defense and defense almost always translates. I think the Spurs will win, they almost won this one with some pretty bad offensive showings for Wemby and Fox, but Minny will make it tough.

It's wild seeing Duncan Robinson be such an integral part of the Pistons when he couldn't even get on the floor in Miami.

I saw a funny tweet that pointed out that there was a chance that we get a Pistons/Spurs Finals, which would set up Wemby vs Duncan Robinson, representing the names of all 3 great Spurs centers.

Eek! That does look bad! Compound fracture of his pinky finger from attempting to block a shot but hit the backboard instead.

Ouch. Poor guy. I wonder if it will ever fully heal. It sounds like it bent way out to the side and may even have had bone protrusion. The Thunder bench's reaction was telling.
