In my defense, I was on vacation. Didn't even know it happened.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.
Re: SUNS DRAFT KOA PEAT
Saw that ciip and could see that as a reason he dropped in the draft.
Re: SUNS DRAFT KOA PEAT
When the Suns acquired Bridges, I half jokingly thought to myself that they were banking on Koa to be a good influence on Bridges. But now I'm wondering if they're hoping Bridges corrupts Koa so that Koa can focus more on basketball.
NBA Draft 2026: Quadir Copeland. Nick Martinelli. Trey Kaufman-Renn. Graham Ike.

Can I just say that that cactus mic is ridiculous?

Re: SUNS DRAFT KOA PEAT
I don't mind Peat's comment in the clip. I would rather have a man of faith who's proud of his faith than, say, a man who puts basketball first but, I dunno, beats his girlfriend and the mother of his child, or something.
Re: SUNS DRAFT KOA PEAT
I would rather have the guacamole!
"Hey, Jane - get me off this crazy thing called love." - Charlie, but also Suns fans wishing we didn't have to watch more 4th quarter small ball but knowing we will tune in for the next game.

I swear this generation sounds more like my grandparents every day.

They dress like them too. It's wild.
Man-Man Fan-Fan, Peat is Neat.
Re: SUNS DRAFT KOA PEAT
Koa Peat knows where he has to be at his best for Suns
While all the talk about Koa Peat revolves around his jump shot, Peat's still focused on contributing where he knows best for the Suns.

Hmm.
"Similar Builds: Koa Peat is a 6-foot-7, 245-pound forward SI Draft Report, which perfectly matches Wes Unseld's exact rookie measurements of 6-foot-7 and 245 lbs."

Yeah, that doesn't pass the eye test.

Re: SUNS DRAFT KOA PEAT
Peat has looked really good in Summer League so far. His handle is excellent, his defense has been pretty active, and his shot is silky smooth as long as he's at the FT line or closer. It's early, and it's summer league, but I'm pretty excited by what he's doing so far.

Re: SUNS DRAFT KOA PEAT
Unseld, originally listed at 6-8, admitted he was closer to 6-6. Weight was about right -- 245-250
A fun team to watch again. A trade or two away from being a serious contender...
