It's been listed on ESPNU the entire time. I've had it set to record for a week on YouTube TV.

Couple nice dunks for Maluach and Fleming to end the half…but this has been an ugly game. Rough shooting

No one knows how to set up a teammate.
Officials have been as bad as the Suns shooting.

2nd half has been much better. Maluach with some 3s…koa can pass. We didn’t bring in a ton of playmaking guards(except Brown) but we got a lot of pesky ones

Maluach is giving me a full on chub.
Go Suns!

Fleming leaves with a limp. Maluach being tended to by the trainers. Not ideal.
Peat is strong and aggressive.

Yeah, I don't get it with Brea. Is it a mental thing? All his college highlights he rarely even touched rim. Now his shot looks way off for the most part.

Sup folks
I don't get to follow college and Koa was being sold as explosive, ability to handle and pass - will need to work on shot so as usual i just waited to see for myself
Well one game in must say that's looking quite accurate and I not even gonna dwell too much on the shot right now. I'm really liking his feel for the game and his aggressive/ downhill style
I never felt like he was out of control or seconds away from committing a charge yet still he was constantly getting to the rim.
Haven't even peeped the box score but doesn't matter to me cause definitely there is some stuff in his locker to build on imo

He was never good for much more than a pretty looking shot last season.
We don't know the game plan, but that Booker impersonation stuff he was trying to do in the first half isn't helping anyone. He's not that guy. Also not having a guard who could distribute hurt him and Fleming the most.
IDK why Fleming hesitates so much on the ball. It's really noticeable by comparison to Peat.

That is Aaron Gordon first two seasons as a 19/20yr old who took time to develop a consistent shot and became super solid player
That's who I was thinking of watching the game
Is that too far fetched a comp after just a summer league game ??

This feels like the 6th straight Summer League that we haven’t brought in decent guards to help create for our bigs.
I also thought Sheer was way too timid with the ball - especially around the basket.
Maluach and Peat looked good. I was impressed by Peat’s feel.

I just think there’s a serious lack of quality nba guards that need to be in summer league. The Brown guy led the g league in assists. He’s a good distributor, but he’s a zero as a scorer. If you are a good scorer and distributor, you are either a rookie or not playing summer league anymore. Unless we draft someone to run the offense, I don’t think we’re getting one in the team.

I think there’s some similarities. Gordon on a different level athletically though… a more ground bound Gordon.bajanguy008 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 10, 2026 10:33 pm
