It's not a certainty that LA would take Ball. They might go another direction.

Fine I guess we'll just have to agree thenSuperbone wrote:Yes, he was awful today. Dudley couldn't hit anything either but at least he played some really good defense. Ulis, Chriss, and Williams were the heros in this one.specialsauce wrote:Yes today. He was awful out there. You give ME a break, he was awful today. He's a chucker, when he's on it's great. when he's off Watson needs to pull him.Superbone wrote: Give me a break! He's been fantastic for us. He just had an off day.

This run has been fantastic. Whatever happens in the lottery, I know I am going to end this year really believing in the young guys who are currently on our roster.Superbone wrote:n4th4n wrote:If we finish the season on a 25-0 run, the basketball gods reall owe us one. They already owe us in my book. Thumbs up! Yeah, what a turnaround from the first 3/5 of the year. That was miserable.n4th4n wrote:This run has been fantastic. Wouldn't that be funny. LA gets the number one pick and takes Fultz. Sorry Papa Ball. You want them, but they don't want you.In2ition wrote:It's not a certainty that LA would take Ball. They might go another direction.
Not going to happen though. If LA gets the #1 they are taking Ball.
Re: Game Day: Celtics (40-22) @ Suns (20-42), Sun 3/5/17
No, hopefully he would take Fultz realizing that Bledsoe's knees will give in anytime now.jonh wrote:Would McD take Jackson even if he had the #1 overall pick?UglyTruth wrote:Come draft time, this win and the wins against OKC and the Hornets are gonna be giving Lakers and Magic fans boners while Suns fans will be crying.
I can totally seeing the draft order remaining the same again this year and it would just suck big time cause Fultz just has stardom written all over him.
Re: Game Day: Celtics (40-22) @ Suns (20-42), Sun 3/5/17
Fultz is the best player in this draft so they would be smart not to take Ball if they get #1.In2ition wrote:It's not a certainty that LA would take Ball. They might go another direction.

Great game. I was lucky to be there....tooooooooo many Celtic fans. Thankfully they were the first to leave. Also my sons forst game and he enjoyed it
Chriss is special as is Ulis. Hope he can bulk up.. with ulis only being 20, and men growing until they are 21/22 there is hope he could gain an inch or two
Not sure what to,do,with this awesome pick we will have. If bled stays healthy do we need ball or fulz? Ball will bolt to the lakers first chance he gets anyways. This team is close to turning the corner.

Also why the hell didn't Boston trade for some size at the deadline. Zeller and that hippy from Canada look like trash and Horford is injured way too much. Maybe trying to preserve cap space but just seems like a wasted opportunity for them. Maybe they make a small play for Len in the offseason

Please, no more Bledsoe if we can help it.Singh wrote:Great game. I was lucky to be there....tooooooooo many Celtic fans. Thankfully they were the first to leave. Also my sons forst game and he enjoyed it

If we do end up with Fultz or ball I'd hope we move Bledsoe because Ulis would get lost on the bench. If we keep bled, which I assume we will, i think Jackson makes more sense for our team.carey wrote:I wouldn't go that far, but Ulis has been ballin'.Split T wrote:As long as we're winning with the youngsters I won't complain. I don't really like the idea of picking up another SF when we already have Warren and Jones Jr to play there. I'd much rather fix the PG or C positions (draft pass-first PG = must trade Bledsoe). But what do I know?

I think the chance of Fultz or Ball is out the window at this point barring a lottery miracle as they will most likely go #1 and #2, unless Josh Jackson is a surprise pick at 1 or 2. If I'm the Suns, I'm going best player available that is NOT a 2 guard (Booker). We can work around anything else via trades and FA.
Re: Game Day: Celtics (40-22) @ Suns (20-42), Sun 3/5/17
Draft Malik Monk, have him, Ulis, Bender and Sauce just running teams off the court. What a bench mob.
