Was he wearing a Kevin Garnett jersey?AmareIsGod wrote:Did you ever thump that mother fucker in the face down the road? What a son of a bitch. That's uncalled for, especially playing rec ball. I thought I sprained my ankle once, when a dude I was playing basketball against purposely put his foot down so that I would step on it after jumping. I ended up having reconstructive and microfracture surgery.

bickley's not smart. part of the planet orange bubble. if he was intelligent, he'd be advocating for trading bledsoe.OE32 wrote:http://www.azcentral.com/story/sports/n ... a/23322929
Bickley and I are on the same page.

I wouldn't be proud of that.OE32 wrote:http://www.azcentral.com/story/sports/n ... a/23322929

They've already made that mistake. Pay attention. It means they're not going to make the same mistake as the Diamondbacks, a team that overvalued their playoff team in 2011, badly misjudging their proximity to a championship.

I hate that we disagree so strongly and consistently this season, INF. At least I have the comfort of knowing there are like minds in the front office.

Nope, never saw him again. I wish I would have though.AmareIsGod wrote:Did you ever thump that mother fucker in the face down the road? What a son of a bitch. I bumped into him on a previous trip down the floor accidentally, told him I was sorry, but he was limping just a little bit. He recovered quickly, but was a good enough and smart enough player that he was able to get me back in an underhanded way. At the moment, I was in some major pain, but didn't realize exactly how much damage he caused. I knew he did it on purpose as soon as it happened. He just walked away and got into his car. I wasn't in any shape to chase him down, and I never saw him again.

Re: Stoudemire ... STAT isn't coming here. He's acknowledged that there isn't much left in his tank, and the feeling is he wants to join up with a team with a legit shot at the title.
Well, so much for hopes and dreams ...

Bickley is the #1 offender in the adult male Pukka shell alliance, hard to take him seriously .
He wants to build a team that can function more like an Old Navy.

“Kobe had said (after the play) I wasn’t hugged enough as a child,” Bell recalled. “My mom kind of found him after the instance and we had beat them and offered him a hug in the bowels of the Phoenix arena. She really feels a part of that story.”

Unless I read it wrong, he gave him an incomplete, saying to check back in July.Sunsfan4life wrote:http://grantland.com/the-triangle/nba-m ... -flunkies/

ahhh your right. Scrolled down too quickly and missed the "D" to "I" transition. Makes more sense.

I love his comments on the Spurs.
“Are you crazy?! You think I’m going to go for seven years and try to get there? You enjoy the 2030 draft picks that we have holding? I want to try to see the game today.” — Ish 3/13/25

does the grantland intern really believe that?Sunsfan4life wrote:http://grantland.com/the-triangle/nba-m ... -flunkies/
"Ryan McDonough. Now that I’ve successfully jinxed the Suns into one Alex Len injury and losing three out of their last four, it’s probably time to tone down Phoenix optimism. But whatever happens the rest of this season, there’s a chance this situation looks a lot better by July."
