LeBron with 15-8-3 at the half, quiet compared to Game 5's first half 20-8-8.

That's quite a standard he set there!

Doug Collins just said it looked to him like LeBron was pacing himself. That's why he got "only" 15-8-3 in the half.

Now would be a good time (for Cleveland) for Lebron to really put his foot down

This is normally when LeBron would go to the bench for a rest, but I don't know if they can afford it down 14.

I was hoping to see history made with LeBron winning FMVP in a loss, but I don't think he's playing well enough in this game for it to happen. If GS wins by double digits and LeBron's number look mortal, it won't happen.

I'd still give it to Lebron. He's still going to have 30ish points, at least 15 rebounds and 6 assists in this game.

Having said that he's barely put up a shot for the past 3-4 minutes while the Warriors have been on a run

I'll be so happy for LB and Gentry if they close this game out...

LeBron shooting 12-31 in the game. That's probably not going to win him FMVP.

On the other hand, it's still 30-17-8, despite the poor efficiency.

Which puts him at 35+/14-5/8-9 for the series. That's pretty amazing, even if it wasn't in the end even close to getting his team over the line. I suspect Curry will get it

Well done to the Warriors. Best team all season and deserved the title.
ESPN going to Iguodala for their first interview, so perhaps he's the FMVP

Nice to see Leandrinho win a chip. Come on, Barbie, let's go party!

LeBron led both teams in the series in points, rebounds and assists. He's the first player ever to do that in the Finals. Nonetheless, they gave the FMVP to Iggy.

No other player has put up those numbers in playoffs history, per Basketball-Reference.
And LeBron has now done it three times, for those who didn't click on the link.
