If Nene convinces D'antoni to play Huertas, he will be Linsanity 2.0 on Pringle's system.

Watching the Rockets play the Pelicans right now. Houston just has no room for Huertas.
Go Suns!

I'm recording it. What's the early impression of the AD/Cousins pairing?
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

Give him 10 minutes the way the Rockets play, he would average 10 apg.

I stopped at the half. They have a lot of kinks to work out but wing play is going to doom them.

Lou Williams with 27 pts in 25 mins in his season debut.
Mike D'Antoni should easily win Coach of the Year this season.

I wondered if this was going to happen. Word is that many GM's thought that Cousins brought more losses than wins. It's only one game though.

Rockets are the 3rd best team in the league now with Lou Williams.
I feel bad for the Spurs and Pop. Their roster outside of Kawhi is just garbage now that LMA is regressing cause of age.
Pop should consider retirement after this season and the Spurs would be smart to just blow it up and build around Kawhi with rookies and such.

It would be oh so New Orleans for Sacramento to gel and get the 8th seed over them. I kind of hope it happens.

Would be kind of hilarious if the Kings went on a huge run now WITHOUT Boogie. I still don't totally buy the idea that Davis + Boogie will work well together. Granted, tonight Boogie had 27p/14r/5a/4blk, and Davis had 29p/9r/1a/2blk. So, ... yeah.

30 years ago, having the 2 best big men in the league on the same team would have practically guaranteed you would win the Championship.

I may need to do a mea culpa on Jaylen Brown. He was the player I absolutely did not want and while he hasn't been great he hasn't been as bad as I thought. 42% from the field, 30% from 3, his DRPM isn't bad either (175 of 450, similar to PJ Tucker.)

30 years ago? The Lakers won back to back just 7 years ago mainly because of the twin towers of Gasol/Bynum. Don't let Kobe's MVPs fool you, they don't win those titles without Gasol/Bynum dominating the way they did.
