I thought about Boston…Philly makes some sense too…I’d be interested to see how he usesdoesn't use Embiid.
FTFY.
This is why I’d want to see it…we’d see how limited Ayton was

I don't know how anyone can objectively watch Ayton and think there's something being left on the table. The guy can't dribble more than 2 times and definitely not when any half decent defender is around him. He struggles to even catch the ball at least twice a game.

Yep, he's as stiff as Jalen Smith with the ball in his hands, and that dude was a robot.
If they pick Nurse, than higher probability of also getting VanVleet?

Nah, rumor is the players didn’t like Nurse in Toronto and that’s part of why he got fired. Not sure if that includes FVV specifically, but I’m not sure he helps get us Toronto guys.
Phoenix’s attempt to replace Monty Williams has been the quietest of the league’s undetermined coaching situations, although former Sixers head coach Doc Rivers is expected to receive consideration from Phoenix’s new regime under owner Mat Ishbia, sources said. Kevin Durant is a known fan of Nurse’s tact. Former Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer, meanwhile, is not seen as a likely candidate for the Suns, sources said, while he’s among the six names Philadelphia is considering for its position.
I’ve been wondering about that “quiet” part. Have they even actually interviewed anyone yet? Are they waiting for changes to the front office still? Bob Myers?

So Doc is the older, hardened veteran coach; Nurse is the still youngish Xs and Os guy with a ring; Fernandez might be the up and coming 1st timer in the mold of Nurse/Udoka/Mazzulla; and Young is the in-house known quantity?

So it’s down to Fernandez Rivers and Nurse

So it’s Nurse

Nurse would be my guess as well. I wonder if Kevin Young would stay on his bench because I don't expect that he'll get a head coaching job this summer.

Shams including Vogel with that group

In that case, I hope it's Vogel. He's really the only available coach I've had above Monty.

You hate Kevin Young, why you hate him? Is cuz you’ll have to eat a hat if he gets hired?

My thoughts on Doc Rivers

LOL, no. I just don't understand why he'd be ready to take over a team with title aspirations. Look at how the Joe Mazzulla thing has worked out for the Celtics. Best case scenario, he's a Will Hardy type but he went to a new team. It's a lot harder for Young to be a new voice when he's already been with the team for a while.
And the hat bet was only for the Rockets job.

Nurse and Myers was my dream off-season leadership restructuring.
