No idea who this is. Take with a grain of salt.

Briefly looking at his account I’d say he’s not someone to give much credibility too. He reposts a lot of breaking news and seems like maybe he’s just trying to pretend like he knows stuff..there’s obvious dots to connect with DeJounte..dots we’ve all connected already. I don’t think he knows more than any of us do.

Yeah, could be trying to get lucky and then say he called it.

Just looks like a parody of Shams, down to the exact graphic design.

Dejounte Murray averaged 16.7 ppg on 48.4/30.6/86.7 splits, 5.4 reb, 6.4 ast, 1.6 stl, 3.6 TO last year. His assist number is a bit higher than I thought it would be. I liked Murray a lot a few years ago, but I was discouraged to see how much he struggled on his past few teams. For example he was a bad fit with Trae Young, where I thought those guys could maybe be a two-headed monster at guard and carve teams up. So I'm a little leery of his fit with Booker and the rest of our lineup. His 3pt% is also pretty bad. The 1.6 steals are nice; is he a good defender generally these days? I haven't seen enough tape of him to know. The rebounding numbers are also really interesting, didn't realize he was grabbing so many boards.
I'm not super duper excited about Murray, but I could be convinced that he'd be better than Jalen Green next to Booker, so long as we don't throw in any 1sts to get it done.

He's played like 40 games over the last 2 seasons and is 6 years older than Green. No thank you.

He passes the ball though…we seem to be collecting a lot of guys who don’t pass

I’d take him over Green.
No way the Pelicans take Green with Jordan Poole already there. That’s the Spider-Man meme personified.

I like the idea of Murray but I don’t think he’s played that style in a while. And I’m not so sure about his personality either. I remember some spat with Banchero when he first came into the league.

Murray would fit our identity defensively a lot more than Green, and he doe pass the ball.
That said, I'm not trading Green unless I get some draft capitol back. If they want our younger, more explosive scorer, then they have to sweeten the pot.

I'm not in love with trading Green for Murray. What I would love is for Gillespie to start at PG, Booker, SG, Brooks SF, Bridges PF, and Williams/Maluach at C, and let Green win 6th man of the year off the bench.

Can't pass the ball from bench though. He's never been the healthiest player and he's definitely not the guy he was in San Antonio.

Yeah, a Murray for Green swap doesn't really do it for me based on the age difference and injury history.

That’s fair…his health would be worrisome. I just don’t know who is going to help Booker get good shots on this team.

I'm with you on that.
Our best offensive lineup might be
Gillespie / Booker / Bridges / Fleming / Oso

I'd replace Oso with Williams if we're talking offense.

I have a feeling our top lineup might be:
Gillespie/Goodwin/Booker/Oso
Still debating the 5th guy…I kinda hate that it might be Bridges…I really want it to be Fleming
