I would no doubt trade our pick this year + Bender + Len/Warren for George.

If we got George before the deadline the value of our pick would drop immediately. I'd rather hang on to Miami's unprotected.

Per hoopshype per twitter:

Michael Scotto: Sources: Teams showing interest in trading for Suns swingman P.J. Tucker include the Raptors, Wizards, Clippers, Hawks, Celtics and Jazz.

Wow, that's a lot of teams. I'd be surprised if he isn't moved. Could be our one move (option 2).
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

I think Toronto might have the most interest. They really need a wing defender.

Other tweets suggest "Celtics deep in trade talks on PJ Tucker"

Not sure how credible but it is what it is.

McD better not give a huge discount to Ainge again.

I can't see Boston needing another veteran role player like PJ unless they have something lined up with their other guys on the move.

Quick request: If the Suns actually do make a trade, can somebody please make a new thread about that trade? e.g. "Suns trade __ to __ for __." Certainly you're welcome to also talk about all trades here, but it's easier to have one thread dedicated to a given trade rather than discovering it buried on page 17 of this thread. Thanks!

Agreed. If there's a trade with us it deserves it's own thread.

Ainge tends to rape McD in all deals (Wright, IT, etc) so I'd prefer he not trade Tucker to Boston.

Exactly. "Thank you, Sir! May I have another?"

I have a feeling it will be Toronto.

Detroit's apparently taking offers for Drummond, I hope the Suns don't trade him for him what so ever.

He's garbage defensively, he doesn't even contest shots at the rim so that he can get the rebound off the miss. And then offensively he's a huge liability because teams just hack him when he touches the ball since he's the worst FT shooter in the entire world.

Only thing he's decent at is rebounding and that's because he doesn't contest shots. Tyson Chandler already does this for us.

I wouldn't take Drummond for free. Well, actually, I'd trade Knight for him but that's about it.

I'd take that Knicks pick if possible.

Don't they have Caroll though? And Norman isn't a bad defender either.

Same. He doesn't fit the direction of small ball the NBA's headed and is very injury prone.

His impact on this franchise has been worse than many of the other idiots we've had here like Beasley, Warrick, Childress, Morris etc.
