All they needed was to not goal tend and hit a couple more FTs.
Yep. If Griffen had lobbed it to Jordan like he normally does, it may have been a different outcome. The Spurs need to finish the job in game 6 otherwise I fear the Clippers will win the series.carey wrote:All they needed was to not goal tend and hit a couple more FTs.
Watch the play again. It was blatantly Austin Rivers' fault. Didn't box out the shooter.Superbone wrote:He sure should have secured that last rebound.Indy wrote:And Matt Barnes. Man, that guy brings back memories of dumb play after dumb play.
Yeah, only watched it the first time. I believe it. Tough for one guy to overcome two rebounders. Austin Rivers back to his normal ineffective play after one game of effectiveness.Shabazz wrote:Watch the play again. It was blatantly Austin Rivers' fault. Did you hear Paul McCartney on the SNL 40th anniversary special? His voice is shot too.carey wrote:Btw, saw Bob Dylan tonight. He was pretty good though his voice is mostly shot, God bless him.
Yeah I mean these guys have been singing for 50 years. Dylan is 74. If I can wipe my own butt when I'm 74 I'll be ecstatic let alone perform on stage for 2 and 1/2 hours.Superbone wrote:Did you hear Paul McCartney on the SNL 40th anniversary special? Certainly not the same, but I found out last week that the umpire for my daughters softball league is 84. He is very vocal and runs down the baselines to make the calls. I would guessed he was in his 60s. He's my new hero.carey wrote:Yeah I mean these guys have been singing for 50 years. Dylan is 74. Oh, it wasn't so bad. There's too much outrage over this kind of stuff.Indy wrote:He should have been.Mori Chu wrote:The social media manager for the Rockets (ugh, that's a job?) got fired for the tweet below.

From people, I agree. But tweets from companies really are no different than a press release. You need to be more professional.Shabazz wrote:Oh, it wasn't so bad. It's because of the very rapey text combined with the gun emoji. To me "shhh close your eyes it'll be over soon" is also what your mom says to comfort you during a hurricane or bad storm. For a lot of women it is decidedly something else.Cap wrote:I don't get it. It's the Twitter account of a sports team. Trash talking a felled opponent is to be expected.
Is it because of the gun? Please. Both these teams are from Texas.
