https://twitter.com/acommoncreeper/status/832249136535728128 McDonough is demanding a "good asset" back for Knight? Is this idiot serious?

His impact on this franchise has been worse than many of the other idiots we've had here like Beasley, Warrick, Childress, Morris etc.
Blame it on the Mc, yeah yeah!

I've actually always liked Favors, but he only works as a center in the current NBA. He's not a fit next to either Len or Chandler. I do like his fit next to Bender and Chriss.

Not a fan of his contract situation, though. He also hasn't been healthy this season. I'd bite if the price was right.

I don't understand the rush. We aren't making a playoff push. We don't need the cap space. Just attempt to rehab his value. He could go on a hot streak to finish the season and we can trade him in the Summer. If you want to dump him, fine, but acting like he's some huge impediment to our success right now is disingenuous.

He's cheaper next year than Len will be and a better player than Len. He's not a great center, but a solid one. He rebounds, plays defense, can block some shots and is decent at getting the ball in the basket from 15 feet and in.

If it's something like Tucker and a Miami 1st I'd do it. We'd have to move Len somewhere as well.

He is absolutely an impediment. This is half a season we could devote to playing Tyler Ulis as our first guard off the bench and seeing what we have in him. As long as Knight is on the team Watson will feel obligated to give him PT

Do the Suns leverage interest in Tucker by including Knight in a deal somewhere?

Favors per 36 for points, rebounds, and blocks last two years:

14.1/9.3/1.3 this year (hasn't been healthy)
18.4/9.1/1.7 last year

Alex Len over the same time:

13.8/11.7/2.3 this year
13.9/11.7/1.2 last year

So not a huge difference, Len is a better rebounder but Favors rebounding numbers were better before Gobert and may go back up once he's a full time center. I like favors more and we'd get him at 11 million next year before free agency. He'll be 25 at the start of next season, so he's still young.

I wouldn't trade any assets for Favors. I'd trade Tucker or Chandler or both.

^this.

And not only that, Knight's value can only get worse. He's shown that time and time again.

Ever since we traded for him, his value has been dropping and dropping.

He's literally the worst player in the entire NBA right now.

I'm sorry, but that's just silly. He's not played well this season, but I'd hardly say he's the worst player in the league.

Account only has two followers and reported favors for deron Williams and Rubio for rose already as well. I think it's fake.
