LOL @ Jaime Maggio trying to interview Pop between quarters. Thanks a heap for the insightful answers, Coach.

Man these Spurs-Clips games are intense. Best 1st round series to watch and it isn't even close. I really want to see the Spurs take this one. This is their best chance to advance. I think if they win tonight they'll get to the WCF.

But they have a lot of players that look old and/or gimpy. Duncan, Parker, Splitter, even Manu. They sure don't look 100%. Duncan in particular is limping around on one leg and has a huge brace on his left knee. Oof.

Actually, the question was, "What do you need to do to close this out, besides score more points than the other team?" She knew what was coming. She asked him not to do it. He did it anyway.

Despite all of that, Danny Green has been the weakest link.

Will the Clips find another way to choke?

I know the NBA doesn't follow the traveling rule, but com'on, that was brutal. Crawford took about seven steps there.

Well, after all that hand-wringing about HCA in the first round, the series does indeed come down to a Game 7... after the road team wins four of the first six.

Can someone please patent an application that allows people to mute specific people during live events? Reggie Miller is a blabbering moron.

So no reaction from the NBA on the things that happened in the Bulls/Bucks game. I am really surprised at how lenient they are being about the cheap shots. There were basically two punches thrown in the game last night. Then the body check.

At this rate things are going to be really bloody in the 2nd round.

They can take their time with the Greek Freak suspension but he'll get one. However Dunleavy was doing some nasty shit all game long. He should really get his own suspension for playing so dirty.

Thanks for the links. Funny how both punches went unnoticed by the refs. I'm glad MCW got MDJ back.

They have. It's called marriage. It helps you learn to effectively tune out specific voices during key sporting events.

Big game tonight. I have a feeling that the Clippers take it but I'd rather it was SA. It should be a dog fight but I'm not sure the Spurs have enough left in the tank to prevail. They had their chance to finish it up in SA but couldn't do it.
