Everything is east-west with us. No one can get around their defender.
Partially because their exhausted from having to be overextended so early in the season. Open roster spot but what do I know.

We are doing okay so far, but it is going to be hard to win games with such bad guard play. CP3 looks mostly washed, and guys like Payne and Shamet can't really run an offense.

Nah. It's more like two of the starters (Paul, Saric) don't have that athleticism anymore.

I have a hard time accepting guys like Ayton and Bridges being exhausted in early January.

All due respect to Al McCoy, but does he acknowledge Ayton losing the ball in the paint?

The box score only has him with one turnover, but he has three by my count. I'm also watching with the game on mute.

Some may say that was a bad pass from Cam to Ayton in the lane but if Ayton wasn't darting in the lane on a fast break looking for the ball what was he doing?

This team is painful to watch. Constantly experimenting with putting out lineups where 0-1 players can create offense. Add Booker and Cam Johnson and the issue isn’t much better.

Another blistering 14 points in the first quarter. The Cavs broadcast has shown Monty 4 times with the same look on his face like he's out of ideas.

Suns have scored 25 points in the first quarter...this whole year.

Attacking the rim a lot more in the second quarter.

I didn't hate the CP, Payne, Shamet, Bridges, Ayton lineup that was in their briefly given the circumstances

Better 2nd qtr, knocking down shots and doing a good job defensively on Mitchell. Not a lot of flow on offense, only shooting 43% but the Cavs are shooting 29%. Cavs look a little flat, will prob look to come out and make a big push in the 2nd half.

Are the Cavs even gonna match the Mitchell point total from their last game?

Payne foot discomfort will not return so that's neat.

If we lose this game it's because Ayton is 6 for 8 and we keep refusing to go to him, while Bridges is 2 for 11.

Maybe if Ayton would catch the ball
