I know. But I get cocky with big brother Durant behind me.

We're a bunch of sickos who overanalyze every possession of this team so this video isn't groundbreaking information to us, but it's still a lot of fun to watch.

Yeah, this offense is insane now. I love Bridges and the whole Suns didn't know what they had in him that's out there now is ridiculous because while he's great, he's not Durant. Look at this offense with Durant in place of Bridges, it's unstoppable now.

I need to get me some PIA!

It’ll be interesting how defenses adjust to Mikal now that he’s shown this isn’t just some hot streak. KD touches the ball anywhere inside 25 feet and it’s almost an auto double team. His impact to the other 4 players by just being on the court is phenomenal.
It’s pretty much impossible to overpay for someone like KD, but seeing how Mikal is playing makes me wish we could have kept at least 1 thing. I know we weren’t keeping Mikal or Cam, but maybe a 1st or Crowder. Could have gone a long way towards adding 1 more piece.
It also just makes me dream about what could have been if Brooklyn just wanted Ayton. If we could have landed KD in the summer for Ayton and kept Mikal, we would have been clear clear title favorites. Or even like an Ayton to Toronto to send OG to Brooklyn deal. Book/Mikal/KD would’ve been unreal.

He should get the “and starring” credit.
Or, considering how often he moves around, maybe “Special Guest Star.”

Kevin Durant’s home debut for Suns will reignite Valley
It will sound like 55 years of hopes and prayers. It will feel like reignition for a region so dedicated to its NBA team that we once staged our own loser’s pep rally in the dead heat of summer. We are a basketball city eternally cursed by our own dreaded luck.
But not anymore.
That changes with Durant. And the joy of impending emancipation is what we will hear Wednesday at Footprint Center.
“It’s a very warm and welcoming city,” Durant said Tuesday at the team’s training facility. “People just want me to be as comfortable as possible, so I appreciate that.”
Our redemption as a basketball town is one of the few Cinderella stories left in professional sports. It’s the story of Jerry Colangelo, who helped build this city out of tumbleweed and desert hardpan. These days, Colangelo seems happy like a proud grandfather, like a man who finally found a successor (Mat Ishbia) worthy of the trophy he never hoisted.
It’s the story of broadcast legend Al McCoy, the grandfatherly voice of generations. Harry Caray never got to say, “Cubs Win!” at the end of a World Series. Let’s hope McCoy gets the ending he deserves.
In sum, the Suns are a story of perseverance and patience, of injustice and inequity, and all the good things that come to those who wait. We’ve waited a long time.
