Time to fleece them with a package centered on Richards, Oso, and Grayson Allen. Just make sure you have figured out how to re-sign Gillespie.

I’d rather not touch Sabonis.

That would be a pretty good deal in terms of the value of the players/assets involved. But as discussed previously, I don't know about the fit. Do we want to start Sabonis at center? What about Mark Williams, who has been excellent for us this year? I would rather start him at C than Sabonis. So do we start Sabonis at PF and kill our spacing? Or bring one of Williams/Sabonis off the bench? Seems like a bad roster fit.

I don't think that trade is possible without adding Brooks. I actually like Sabonis for this team, but I just don't think there's a trade that makes sense. The Kings have been known to make bad trades, but I'm not even talking to them for less than an unprotected 1st or 2 protected 1sts.

You love to see it. Rockets crumbled again tonight and their fans are ready to jump off buildings. Fans on Reddit are talking about how old KD is and how the Suns fleeced them.

Has anybody been watching a lot of Rockets? I feel like in the games I've seen, KD didn't show frustration with Sengun. Even in this edited clip, most of the footage just looks to me like KD is conserving energy on possessions where he isn't going to run the play, which seems like something a 37-year-old would do. The clips don't seem so bad to me.

You can show any shade with the proper editing, I agree. But on this couple possessions it jumps on me something that KD also used to do in Phoenix: He allows his defenders to occupy the passing lane, he does not take a single step into making him available as a safety valve, so the play have to develop 4 on 5, it’s more clear on the second play.

That’s passive aggressive play, because you let your teammate selected to run the play on his own in a very subtle way, and not visible on the boxing score.

In KD's mind, if he's not the goto guy on every play, he's not being utilized correctly.

I looked at it more as, "If I'm not running the play, I am going to lazily stand here," and less as, "I am upset specifically with Sengun and how he's playing."

I’m just glad he’s conserving energy over there and not here.
