I'd love to see him in Denver. I miss stomping Pringles.

Yea his stint in Denver can't be used against him. What's interesting is that they're supposedly looking to move Lawson and Faried. I think he'd have use for Lawson, maybe not as much for Faried. He'd have Gallo and Chandler tho, both of whom he coached in NY. Nurkic is certainly intriguing enough as a big too.
With guys like Skiles and MikeD (even Thibs to an extent), I wonder if they've been able to learn from their previous gigs and improve. Skiles and Thibs needing to lighten up, MikeD needing to add a defensive coach and spend time on it during practice. Doesn't mean then need to compromise their beliefs, but clearly they have shortcomings that can be addressed.

That team needs a lot more shooting to work well for D'Antoni. But they do have the legs and athleticism to get up the floor in 7SOL. Not a bad place for him.

No. dantonio needs to implement "pace and space" without the smallball.

hey, mori. i need your opinion on draymond green. i dont think he deserves the max, he's just a good role player. am i right?
update: so in the regular season, draymond was shooting only 44% from the field, 34% on threes, and 66% from the foul line. 12 pts and 10 rebounds per game. they say he's a very good defender.
if i were GSW, i'll offer him only 4/44.

Hi sdc, personally I don't think of Draymond as a max player. But he's going to get it anyway, partly due to the fact that the cap is going up so much in 2016. It makes the GMs feel like it is almost zero risk to sign a guy now. So he'll get his money. In q typical year I agree he'd be in a lower range closer to what you listed.

I was thinking about it last night, and I kind of found it odd Tyronne Lue's name hasn't come up in potential coaching jobs. He's been a solid assistant on some very good teams, with Doc in Boston and LA before being hired in Cleveland to kind of help Blatt along. Surprised he wasn't even brought anywhere for interviews.

He actually interviewed for the Cleveland head coaching spot before they hired Blatt. But yeah, I was a bit surprised he didn't get an interview this year. I do think he'll be a head coach sooner than later.
